LAST BREATH (POEM96)

Sometimes I wish I didn't trust you,

Because I didn't know what I was running into,

A broken soul only I could fix,

I thought fixing you would help me,

I gave you my heart,

You left and took it with you,

Now I'm left heartless,

Shivering in the cold,

Wondering if someone will find me,

Before I take my last breath.
