As the sun rose from the vast ocean, Lillie slowly opened her eyes as she heard the waves crash into one another. She quickly sat up and looked around, looking for her monkey friend, but found herself laying down on an island in the middle of the sea. Lillie then rubbed her eyes as she continued to search around the island. She stood up and searched the land, trying to find any hints of anything recognizable.

"Hello!" she yelled out. There was no answer. She walked around until she heard yelling from a far distance. She quickly ran through a bunch of bushes and saw a small girl crying, sitting on a bench alone. Lillie watched the girl as she continued to cry her eyes out, but decided best to stay back, not knowing what was going on.

"Lillie?" She heard another voice and quickly hid beneath the leaves of the bush. Suddenly, a blonde man walked up to the girl, giving her a small smile. "What's the matter, sugar plum?" Lillie, widened her eyes as she slowly backed away from the bush she was hiding in. She walked onto a small branch, releasing a single crack, echoing through the forest. "Hello?" the man yelled out. His head popped up as he looked into the forest, searching.

"Is there a big Pokemon there?" the young girl asked her father. The man grinned and put an arm around his child, pulling her closer to him.

"Everything is ok baby girl," he said as he ruffled her hair. "Just stay close," he said to her, pulling the child closer to him. He then eyed towards the forest, trying to spot wrestling leaves. "Who's there!" he shouted. Silence still arose from the trees as the man looked back at the little kid. Standing from a distance was a girl who was shellshock, seeing the man standing in front of her, full of flesh and bones.

"This can't be real," she told herself. "This can't be." She continued to watch the dad and her daughter play in the field full of flowers, laughing together.

"You're right." Lillie turned her head to see a pokemon-like human standing behind her observing the girl as she watched the people playing freely. It looked more like one of her friends, but had the same feeling of a ninja like pokemon. It walked closer to the girl, making Lillie slowly walk back, away from the strange pokemon.

"Who are you?" she asked as she tripped on a branch, tumbling over onto her bottom. The pokemon looked down at her as it came closer to her. It smiled and held out its hand, letting the girl eye it, but then took the offer. It pulled Lillie back onto her feet and smiled at the pokemon.

"Who are you again?" Lillie asked once more. The pokemon smiled as it walked away from the girl.

"I'll keep a close eye on you. But protect it with your life," the pokemon said as it turned it's back to the girl.

"Wait!" the girl yelled. She then ran faster towards the pokemon, trying to uncover more answers. As she came closer and closer to the pokemon, it started to change form, making the sky turn darker and darker. The ground became a vast ocean as the blue pokemon melted once Lillie was inches away from it's hand. The wave became bigger and the sky jolted lightning from it's clouds, causing the girl to curl up into a ball. She wanted everything to go away, but she felt hopeless. Slowly, she felt like she was sinking into the water, engulfing her into the deep sea. She tried to scream for help, but not even air came out. Lillie felt faint as she started to close her eyes, but then heard yelling from the far distance.

"Lillie," she heard. "Lillie, it's only a dream."

Intensely, she widened her eyes and found herself in a puddle of sweat, surrounded by a group of faces. Some new and some old. In front of the Alolan girl was her brother, who grabbed her shoulders, tears falling from his cheeks.

"You ok?" the boy asked. He then received a calm smile with a nod. Gladion smiled and gave his sister a hug, not wanting to let his little sister go. She looked around the room to see another familiar face amongst the crowd of people.
