It flew across the sky as it soared away from the bright yellow sun. It danced upon the white soft clouds as it laid on the fluff of heavens. It then heard loud shouting from below, making the pokemon look towards the ground. The pokemon smiled as it saw a certain blonde girl who was wearing an all white dress and a white hat.

Is that the human? Mew swiveled it's head and saw its counterpart. It nodded it's head and looked back towards the ground. The genetic pokemon looked down at the human and huffed, turning it's back quickly from the human.

I don't see what is so special about that girl. Mewtwo said as it sat back down onto the cloud. They just keep coming and there's no sign of stopping. We came on this rock first, not them! Mew tilted it's head in confusion as it looked at the genetic pokemon. Ok, even if I wasn't here from the beginning, I still have your memories of the beginning. The pink pokemon nodded as it flew to the genetic pokemon as it touched it's hand. It felt cold, rough, hardened to the brim, but the soft heart of a once loved creature. Mew laid its eyes on the forgotten experiment, giving it gratitude it once deserved. Mewtwo sighed as it got up from its seat and hovered to the edge of the cloud.

You can go if you would like, it said as it studied the two three humans. But once it goes south, I have no choice but to step in. The mythical pokemon nodded and lunged towards the Earth's surface as it changed its form back into the monkey pokemon. Mewtwo eyed the pokemon as it landed beneath the canopy, losing the genetic pokemon's vision. It let out a sour sigh as shining light emerged from behind.

You're still couscous as ever, hmm? The legendary turned around to see the father.

What do you expect, Mewtwo said as it continued to glare at the father. You seen them, you know them, you of all living things should know that this isn't a good idea. Arceus shook its head, walking towards the cold creature, looking down below the clouds.

I love all my creations, as much as you hate them, I can not, will not destroy any of my creations. Mewtwo grunted as it turned its back to the Earth below.

I will if it gets out of hand. Mewtwo said. Arceus his head in disagreement as he continued to watch the people below.

You must not worry too much my son, he said as smiled. For which I see greater light in this life than others. They will make a path where we can all truly live in peace. The genetic pokemon grunted once more, taking defeat once more to his father.

Fine, he said as he teleported away, leaving the creator of lives sitting alone on the soft cloud above.

Mew floated quickly down towards the humans, seeing them sitting around a campfire, talking about their next plans. It then hid behind a tree among the leaves as it watched the girl take a sip out of her water bottle.

"So you're planning to get back to your mom?" the brown haired boy asked the blonde. He nodded as he placed his hand on Silvally's head, rubbing its shining armor.

"We were supposed to actually meet her around Celadon City pokemon center, so that's where we're heading," Gladion said as he smiled towards the young researcher. "Where here in Kanto in search of our dad."

"That's cool," Gary said. "A journey with family sounds like a lot of fun." Gladion nodded once more as he took a bite of his sandwich he made hours before.

"So what are you going to do once we make it to Celadon City?" the girl asked as she petted her snow type Vulpix.

"I'm actually going to finish my research project once we get there."

"What project?" Gladion asked.

"Well, it's called Project Mew..." Instantly, the pink like pokemon flew in view, above the two boys, letting the blonde girl stare at the floating pokemon.

"Hey Gary?" Lillie asked, grabbing the boy's attention. "Do you know what it looks like?"

"Well, personally I never saw it," he stated as he turned towards the girl. "But from the descriptions from legends and sightings; it looks about a meter tall, has some cat-like features, and is shaded with light pink fur." His head then lowered as he continued. "Legend says that this pokemon has the genes of every pokemon in the universe, turning into any species willingly. But there is only one of its kind, that's why it's impossible to find." Gary stated as Mew hovered over the two boys, listening to the boy's short story. It then let out a small giggle and locked eyes with the girl. It then pointed to the trees and turned invisible, just before Gladion looked up to see what his sister was staring at. Sparkles filled Lillie's eyes as she excused herself to enter the forest alone, in search of her new friend.

"Hey," Lillie said aloud, wondering if she was heard. "You there?" Just then, the mythic pokemon appeared in front of her. Smiling with glee, the pink pokemon twirled around, happy to see the girl once more. Lillie smiled as she petted the strange being, hearing a small noise coming out of the pokemon. "You still want to travel with me?" Lillie asked the creature. It nodded and circled around the girl and found its pokemon. It then touched it and a bright light flashed, covering Mew, before sucking it into the tinny ball. Lillie smiled as she patted the pokeball and ran out of the forest.
