Smut warming

1 month later
It was hot today. Like hot hot. Which is why Tori was on her way to the beach.
The group were in Beck's rv driving down to the beach. Well all but one.

"So Andre can't make it today either?" Cat asked Tori who shook her head.

"He's working." The girl said to her short friend. Tori had been disappointed at the news that her musician friend wouldn't be joining them. She understood that he had a commitment to his job but she'd barley seen him all summer and whenever she had he seemed disconnected, tired and distracted. Like there was something heavy weighing on him and draining his energy.

"He's been working like all summer so far." Robbie said.

"Yeah I've barely seen him." Beck added.

"I'm pretty sure he's working two jobs." Jade revealed to the group and they all looked at her with surprise.

"Wait really?" Tori asked. This would explain the boys lack of free time as well as his clear exhaustion. Doing one job in the L.A summer heat was hard, but two?!

"Why?" Robbie added.

Jade shrugged. "I just know that I saw him at Nozu when me and Cat went there and I'm pretty sure he still works at that yotally togart."

"Why would he need 2 jobs?" Beck asks.

Jade was annoyed at Beck's question. She was still not over the break up, even if they weren't a perfect couple she loved him and she assumed he loved her too but clearly she was wrong. And considering how much time he was spending with that slut Tori it seems like he might be over it pretty quickly.
"Well I don't fucking know do I?" She barked and he gave an annoyed look that satisfied Jade.

Less satisfying though was Tori's whiny voice squeaking her name in protest that just made her want to stab the girl with her scissors.
Cat also gave a small, saddened noice and Jade looked at her.
"Shit." Jade thought to herself. "I forgot Cat doesn't like swearing. Wait! Why do I care?!"
Jade couldn't figure it out, she was finding herself caring about upsetting Cat? Jade never cared about hurting peoples feelings with her words, so why was she feeling a sickening guilt in her throat.

"Woooow Jade." Rex said obnoxiously. "You kiss your mother with that mouth." Jade bared her teeth at the puppet and he made that stupid 'ah' noice that frustrated Jade so much.

"How about we just go down to the beach before we argue until the sun goes down." Tori suggested and for once Jade agreed with her and they left the RV.

"Come on and get a taste of yotally togarts brand new flavour." Andre said with a loud voice as he span the arrow sign holding the information of the store. He attempted to carry enthusiasm in his voice but coming off a double shift at Nozu and now having to spend this boiling day spinning a sign was not exactly what he considered a fun time.
But Andre sucked it up and span the dumb sign.

"Doing this for grandma." Andre thought to himself. He had to his help his gran in anyway he could.
"Anyway I can."
Andre's grandma had been not right in the head for a long time. She was anxious and scared of everything. If she didn't recognise someone she became terrified and volatile, running away screaming within a few moments.
Her ability to process stimuli was also incredibly damaged, unable to properly identify objects and seeing everything around her as a threat.

Andre's watched bleeped and he saw that it was 1:00.
"Time to head back." Andre said to himself.
The boy made his way back to the yogurt store and handed the sign back to his boss.
