"TRINA COME ON WE'RE GONNA BE LATE!" Tori yelled up the stars at her sister up the stairs. Tori was equally excited and nervous since it was the first day of her final year at Hollywood arts. This was her time to really prove her worth as a performer, to show the world what Tori Vega has in store.

Tori was pacing around the living room, impatiently waiting for her sister to get her butt downstairs so she could drive her to school as, yes, Tori still didn't have her driving license.
"Honey calm down." Holly said to her calmingly.

"But she's taking too long!" Tori argued urgently.
"I can't be late on my first day back!"

"Sweetie you know that Trina hasn't been feeling well recently." David explained.

"Yeah what's been with her?" Tori asked and her parents just shrugged. Tori wasn't surprised, it's not like they kept an active interest in Trina, seeming more annoyed by their daughter than anything else.

"I'm here baby sister don't worry!" Trina said loudly as she came down the stairs in her heels.

"Finally!" Tori said exasperated by her sister.

"Oh chill Tori it's nothing to stress over we've got plenty of time." Trina responded as she waved her hand at her dismissively which made Tori groan in annoyance.

"Can we just go?" Tori asked with annoyance and Trina nodded as she skipped over to the door.

"Good luck sweetheart." The Vega mother said.
"Have a good day." Their father added.

Tori must've read the sign hanging proudly above the school hundreds of times but now there was a new weight to the sign. A new significance. This was the start of her final year, excitement and nervousness swelled within her as her eyes locked on the sign.
"Are you gonna stand there all day or are we gonna go in?" Trina asked, snapping Tori out of her daze.

"Yeah yeah I'm just..." Tori trailed off as doubt suddenly flooded her.
"What if I mess up? What if I fail? What if I'm not good enough to go all the way?"

"Look sis it's alright to be nervous." Trina said supportingly as she placed her hand on Tori's shoulder, causing the girl to look over at her.
"But believe me sis, if there's anyone in this school who doesn't need to feel nervous it's you. You're one of the most talented kids here."

Tori was caught off guard by her sister's words of genuine support and care.
"Yeah she's right!" Tori said to herself with new confidence.
"I've put on performance after performance at this place no need to doubt myself now."
"Thanks sis." Tori responded.

"Of course you're not nearly as talented as me!" She added before skipping into the school.

"And there it is." Tori joked to herself before walking through the doors.

Tori breathed in the air of the school before walking over to her locker, flicking on the switch which illuminated the words
'Make it shine' on her locker.
"Damn right it will." Tori said to herself as she got out the books she needed for the day.

"You know if you keep talking to yourself people will think you're crazy." Tori heard a voice joke. She turned to see the handsome face and perfect hair of her friend.
