Tori was the last one in the Rv apart from Beck and so was now sitting in the passenger seat of Beck's car.
Beck and Tori didn't tend to hang out just the two of them, despite the fact that the pair got on quite well. It had to be expected, while Beck and Jade had dated, the angry girl would freak out if a girl, including Tori, tried to hang out with Beck one on one.
The radio was giving some easy background music as they drive along and Tori messaged her sister that they were almost home.
Beck cracked his neck as he drove and yawned a little.
"No falling asleep at the wheel mister." Tori joked.Beck laughed lightly as he looked at the girl.
"I'll do my best.""Why you think Cat lied to Robbie?" Tori asked the driver. Tori had been pretty surprised at Cat asking to hang out with Jade after saying she needed to get home. Cat usually hated lying and so seeing her go back on what she said so seemingly carelessly made Tori question if something more was going on. Tori knew Cat well enough that she must've had a good reason to lie.
Beck shrugged as he checked his mirror while indicating, taking the next turn.
"I dunno." He responded in his usuals calm tone.
"It's never easy to just tell someone that you just don't want to hang out with them.""Yeah I guess I didn't think about it like that." Tori responded. Beck was usually honest, as he said to Tori when he showed her his transparent locker:
'I have no secrets and neither does my locker.'"I mean Robbie and Cat are close friends." Beck explained.
"Cat probably just wanted to let him down easily.""Yeah I guess that makes sense." Tori responded. Tori liked Robbie but she had always thought he was a little too desperate to get with Cat. I mean she understood that he liked her and all but sometimes he could be pretty creepy around her. Asking multiple times if he could make out with her despite multiple times being denied. So she couldn't exactly blame Cat for making an excuse on the spot.
Beck pulled up the Rv outside Tori's incredibly large home and put it into park and turned to the girl.
"Well this is your stop." Beck said as he smiled gently which sent a goosebumps up Tori's arms."Okay Tori calm down." She said to herself urgently.
"He's literally just smiling you really gotta get a handle of yourself."
"Uh y-yeah t-thanks." Tori stuttered. The two sat in an awkward silence for a moment and Beck nodded uncomfortably.
"So uh." He said, trying to break the silence."Yeeaaaahhhh." Tori responded in an equally uncomfortable tone, feeling a thick tension choking them in the vehicle.
"Are you gonna get out?" He asked awkwardly. It's not exactly an easy question to ask as it always seems like a rude think to ask but the pair couldn't silently sit in Beck's Rv forever.
"OH MY GOD!" Tori gasped, embarrassment now rushing through her faster than her blood.
"Yes! I'm so sorry!" Tori got up and grabbed herself as she tripped out of panic, desperately wanting to her out the vehicle before she embarrassed herself any further. Unfortunately, she was miserably failing.Beck began bursting out laughing as Tori stumbled over herself.
"Oh my god you need to slow down."Tori took a sigh as she collapsed onto the passenger seat of the car and buried her face in her hands.
"Oh my god I'm such a mess." The girl mumbled through her hands."Oh you're fine." Beck joked as he removed Tori's hands from her face and she looked over at him, there eyes locking for a moment as they admired each other's facial features.
"Uh Beck." Tori spoke up.
"Yeah?" Beck asked in a soft voice that made warmth spread throughout the singer girl's body.
