The next morning we go to the track for quali, walking through the paddock feels awkward with the thought of last night in my head. I can feel peoples eyes burning onto us, I'm overthinking it, people always look at us. Well people always look at him, he is lando norris. As we walk up the stairs of the motor home to landos room I can feel the pain of last nights activities starting. I try my best to walk normal. "Why are you limping" Jon shouts from the top of the straits walking over to landos room. I ignore him and sit on the chair that lando pulls out for me. Jon walks into the room and closes the door behind him. "See this, she's ignoring me now" Jon laughs telling lando. "Leave the poor girl alone" lando says giggling rolling his eyes. "Ok ok, but seriously are you hurt because if you are I have an ice pack in my bag that you can use" he says in a more serious concerned tone. "Nope I'm perfectly fine thank you" I smile feeling myself blush. As lando and Jon do the warm up I sit and reply to emails. I look at the time and realize I have a meeting in ten minutes. I go to get up and walk out but I can feel the pain getting worse. I take a breath and try my best to move. I limp out of the room. As I close the door I can see lando smiling at himself, he knows exactly what is wrong.
LANDOS POV: As she gets up I can see her take a breath. She try's her best to walk normal and hide the pain she's in. Once she gets closer to the door I can see her limp the rest of the way. I try so hard to hide my smile but I can't. "Mate she looks like she's in pain, you should talk to her what if she's hurt" Jon says looking at me "Nah she's good" "Wow, good to see you care about here very much" "I do, and I know she's fine" "She's clearly not she's limping" "Yes Jon I can see that I'm not blind" "People limp when they are hurt lando" "Yes Jon I know that I'm not stupid" "So you admit she's hurt" "Mind your business" I say looking at the floor trying not to smile as thoughts of last night rush into my head. "I thought you loved her, and now your letting her walk around in pain, if she's hurt she should have time off, I just don't think it's fair, her job consists of a lot of walking, she clearly can't walk at the moment" I start to laugh, I try not to but I can't control it. "Mhmm ok, then give her the ice pack, not that that's going to help" "Is of her knee, or her ankle, maybe her hip, I have pain cream if it's her hip" "Her insides, you have anything to relieve internal pain Jon?" I say without thinking "Omg, I- lando norris !! No you didn't" I start to laugh more "But your like a child- how did you- nope don't answer that I don't want to know"
Y/N POV: I leave the meeting and go to get a warm drink, I remember I read once warm drinks can often help the pain. I walk back to landos room and see Jon go bright red. He leaves moments after I sit down. "What's wrong with him, is it because I didn't take the ice pack?" I ask "Nope, it's because he knows why you didn't take it" "You told him we slept together" I say in a worried tone. "No, well yes but also no, I didn't say we did, I hinted" "Lando!!" "He wouldn't shut up about your knees and ankles, something about your hips and stupid Ice packs" I don't answer I look down and take a sip of the coffee. "Coffee? You hate coffee" lando asks "Pain relief, I read it somewhere once" "Does it work?" "Yup, surprisingly" "Ok, morning after coffees, got it" he says writing the words morning coffee on a bright yellow sticky note and putting it on top of his phone.
Once he goes onto track for Q3 I sit in the garage next to Jon. Lando finishes p5. In Q2 he finished p4 and in Q1 he finished p4. Jon hugs me tightly out of happiness without thinking. I grunt in pain from his tight squeeze. "Oh I'm sorry, I didn't" "It's ok" I cut him off while giggling. Lando drives back to the garage and gets out of the car. He walks straight over to his engineering team and talks with them for awhile. I stay sitting on the chair scrolling through my schedule. A few minutes pass and I feel someone's hands wrap around my waist and lifting me up. I look up and giggle and I wrap my legs around Landos waist. Reality hits. "Lando put me down" I say worried as I see everyone looking at us. He ignores me and leans in to kiss me. "Lando we aren't alone, everyone is looking" He realizes we aren't aloud be together. Putting me down I walk out of the garage as everyone is staining at me. I rush to landos room. I change out of my McLaren uniform and into my own cloths. I walk back to the hotel, I can't stand to be on the track or in the paddock with everyone's eyes burning onto me. Once I get back to the hotel I go onto Instagram just find a picture of lando and i on my feed. The picture is something like this:

I close the app and go to take a walk on the beach. Once I get to the beach I sit to watch the sunset. My phone lights up.
*Where are you, I went to your room but you aren't there? -Lando 7:23pm.
*Beach walk to clear my head :) - y/n 7:24pm.
*Don't move x -Lando 7:25pm.
I put my phone down at go back to watching the sky. Five minutes pass and I can hear fast footsteps approaching me. I turn to see lando running towards me. He sits next to me but none of us talk for awhile. "I wouldn't go on your socials if I was you" I warn him. "Too late, I already saw it" "Looks like I might get to go to medical school after all, or back to Williams who knows" Lando looks at me with an unimpressive look. I giggle knowing it's because I mention Williams. "I'll talk to zak" he says trying to reassure me. "Or I can burry myself in the sand and never leave" No one talks for a few minutes.
