“Channie!” Came a deep voice from the entrance to the hotel room.
“I'm coming!” Another voice from the bedroom responded. “Why did I have to wear this again?” Chan asked as he walked out of the bedroom wearing a rainbow striped crop top and denim shorts.
“Aw! Look at my baby! So cute!” Felix gushed as he ran over to Chan to fix his outfit.
“Thanks, but you still didn't answer my question. Why do I have to wear this?” Chan said, putting his hands on his hips.
“Because,” Felix copied his boyfriends posture. “We flew all the way out to L.A for this and you are not going to a Pride parade in all black.”
“I told you we didn't have to come to L.A for this, there's one in Australia too!” Chan complained. He pulled the crop top down a little bit, scowling at his boyfriend who was smirking at him in response.
“You're right.” Felix responded thoughtfully. “But I wanted to see you in a crop top again and I know you would have flat out refused if we were in our home country. So... L.A! Boom! Problem solved.”
“Oh?” Chan smirked pulling Felix by his waist so that their bodies were pressed against each other and their faces were inches apart. “You like me in crop tops?” Felix rolled his eyes and pushed his boyfriend away.
“Honey.” He said looking his boyfriend up and down. “I would kill for you in a crop top. And you never wear them! I forced you into one once and now... tsk... How am I supposed to appreciate my sexy boyfriend if he only wears black, oversized clothing? You even wear shirts at the beach! It's nice to see those chocolate bar abs every once in a while!” He winked, staring directly at the abs that were peeking out of their hiding spot.
“Alright, alright...” Chan said letting the crop top rest on his torso normally. “You got me there.” Felix nodded and patted Chan's chest.
“Of course I did. Besides,” He smiled teasingly at his boyfriend. “When else would you get to see me in a skirt?” Chan laughed at that and looked the younger up and down. Felix was wearing a hot pink cropped tank top, with a purple pleated skirt, and blue knee high socks.
“True.” He responded. “You look great by the way.” Felix scoffed.
“Of course I do. I'm Felix Lee!” Giggling once more Chan pulled the shorter in for a hug.
“You're my Felix Lee.” He said squeezing the younger boy tightly.
“Alright, you big baby.” Felix laughed. He pulled away from the hug and stared at his boyfriend lovingly. Planting a quick kiss on the older boy's lips he skipped to the door where he had put the custom sneakers he had gotten done.
“Okay, Here's your- What are you doing?” A pair of warm arms was wrapped around his torso.
“Well...” Chan started hesitantly. “Since you like my body so much, I figured...” He let go of Felix. The latter turned around and gasped.
“You didn't!” He put a hand over his mouth and scanned his boyfriend once more.
“Oh, but I did.” Came Chan's teasing reply. He was loving the way Felix was drinking in every part of his now completely uncovered torso.
“You realize I'm going to be clinging to you the entire time now, right?” Felix asked, peeling his eyes away from the bare chest in front of him. “Ain't nobody allowed to take my manz.”
“Oh please...” Chan laughed pulling Felix in for another hug. “I was going to be clinging to you anyways.” Felix laughed, snuggling into his boyfriends embrace.
“Oh!” He exclaimed. “I almost forgot!” He wiggled out of the hug and ran to the bedroom.
“Huh?” Chan asked, confused. A couple seconds later Felix ran back out of the bedroom with two things in his hands.
“I got us flags!” He said excitedly. He opened one of the flags so Chan could see the Bi Pride flag spread out.
“This one's mine, obviously.” He said throwing the flag over his shoulder. “But I got you one too!” He spread out the other flag. Chan chuckled at his boyfriends enthusiasm and took the flag from him.
“Thanks, Freckles.” He smiled and kissed the top of the shorter boy's head. Felix smiled brightly at his boyfriend.
“You're welcome, Dimples.” Chan groaned at the nickname, but nuzzled Felix on the forehead lovingly.
“Okay!” Felix clapped. “Final touch before shoes and heading out the door!” He pulled out a face paint pallet.
“Oho!” Chan laughed evilly. “Do I get to do yours?”
“After that? No. I was going to let you, but now? Heck no.” Felix placed a hand on his hip. Chan pouted, regretting his earlier excitement. Smiling softly at the pouting boy across from him, Felix gestured for him to bend over a bit. Chan followed the order and Felix began painting. He painted the same flag on Chan's right cheek as he had given him earlier and he painted the rainbow flag on the other cheek.
Once he was finished Chan looked at him with puppy eyes, hoping to convince the younger to let him paint his face. Felix sighed.
“Fine, you can paint my face. But if you mess it up, or do something bad, it's your funeral.” Chan nodded happily pulling the paint pallet out of Felix's hands. He gently began brushing the paint on Felix's face. He did the same thing that Felix had done for him, except he replaced his flag with the Bi flag. Happy with the results, he pulled back and hummed contentedly.
“Done!” He said happily and handed Felix the pallet, which had a mirror on it. Felix eyed him suspiciously, but took the pallet and looked into the mirror.
“Oh!” He said, touching his cheek near the paint. “Not bad.” He patted Chan's head, who smiled happily. Felix chuckled at how his boyfriend looked like a happy wolf pup.
“Now, shoes and then let's go meet some fellow LGBTQ+ friends!” Felix exclaimed handing Chan the shoes he had customized. Chan slipped them on, tying the laces tightly. He stood up and watched as Felix finished tying his laces as well.
“Hm...” He chuckled. “Did you perhaps use platform sneakers on purpose?”
“Oh, shut up.” Felix flushed. “I wanted to be at least a little less short for today.” Chan laughed, wrapping an arm around the younger boy's shoulders.
“Let's go! And meet some... how did you put it? Oh yeah, fellow LGBTQ+ friends!” Felix joined in the laughter as he walked out of the hotel room. They couldn't be happier together and the fact that they were celebrating their first Pride month festivities together made it even more special.
