As the day progressed Chan started getting more and more worried about Felix. The last straw was during art class. Felix was there, but not THERE. He seemed to be extremely distracted and was avoiding eye contact with everybody. Chan tried to ignore the growing feeling in the pit of his stomach and just write his lyrics, but he couldn't seem to get anything good out. When class finished Felix rushed out right away, not leaving any time for Chan to catch him. Chan sat at his desk dejectedly trying to think of ways to convince Felix to talk to him. Then his phone buzzed.

Lix: Hey, I'm not going to make it to the cafe today.

Oh boy, punctuation.

Me: Okay, where are you going?

Lix: Gym.

Chan set his shoulders back determinedly. He was going to the gym and was going to make Felix talk to him. First he just had to figure out which gym he went to.

The first stop was at his house to change into gym clothes so he didn't look too out of place at the gym, and since he was there, he might as well work out too. Victoria knocked on his door at one point asking if she could come in, but Chan just said no and continued getting ready. Unfortunately she was waiting outside the door when he went out.

“Hey,” She said, “Can we talk?”

“Not now.” Chan stated shortly. “I have somewhere to be. Bye.” Victoria let out a sigh. She'd just talk to him when he got back.

After his house, he went to the Lee's house. He figured that they would know what gym their son went to and he could ask them. He walked down the street trying to catch a glimpse of something, anything, that could give him a clue about where Felix was. Finally he reached the Lee's house and knocked on the door. Click clack click clack, came the sound of shoes on tile. The door opened.

“Oh, Chan! What are you doing here?” Rose peeked out from behind the door.

“Hi, do you know which gym Felix goes to? He asked me to work out with him today, but didn't tell me where.” Chan felt bad for lying to Felix's mother, but he figured that Felix should be the one to tell her that there was something wrong.

“Of course, sweetheart!” Rose chuckled slightly, “Here, I'll just write you the directions on a sticky note or something. You can come on in while you wait. I'm sure that Lissie would be happy to see you!”

“That's okay,” Chan said “He's probably already waiting, and I don't want to make him wait much longer.” Rose smiled and nodded before walking to the kitchen and coming back with a pad of paper and a pen. She wrote on it for a while before handing it to the boy in front of her.

“Make sure he doesn't overexert himself, okay? I'll leave him in your care!” Chan let out a slight smile and nodded. Rose smiled and waved as he began to walk towards the gym. Then her smile dropped. Her Lixie only worked out when something had gone wrong. She hoped he was okay, but she trusted Chan to make sure that he didn't hurt himself. She sighed as she went back in the house and shut the door behind her.

Chan walked quickly down the sidewalk reading Rose's directions and following them. When he reached the gym he let out a small laugh. This was the gym he normally went to! He walked in and went up to the front desk.

“Yo! Chan! My dude! What's up bro!” A man stood up from behind the desk and held out his fist for a fist bump. Chan laughed slightly and complied.

“What's up, Bam?”

“Not much, not much! You're here on a Friday though? What's the special occasion? You got a date?” Bambam wriggled his eyebrows at the blonde, who rolled his eyes.
