"Oi, you wanna go to the beach?"

That was how it started. Now a few hours later, the boys were walking home, hand in hand with an overwhelming sense of content around them. But that's a bit too sudden, let's start a little earlier shall we.

Chan and Felix were laying on the couch watching a TV show. If you had asked either of them what they were watching they would have just given you a blank look. They had been watching TV all day since school had ended because neither of them could think of anything to do. Chan reached over to look at his phone for the time.

"It's like 5 o'clock. We should probably eat something." He said, stretching his arms above his head.

"Meh... Do we need food?" Felix readjusted himself on the couch so that his head was in Chan's lap.

"Kind of...? We can wait a bit longer though." Chan smiled softly looking down at the brunette. Felix sighed happily. Then an idea popped into Chan's head.

"Oi, you wanna go to the beach?"

Felix turned his head to look up at Chan. "Sure. It's not like there's anything better to do." He rolled off the couch and stood up.

"Cool." Chan followed suit and stood, cracking his back by twisting to each side.

"I gotta run home to get a bathing suit." Felix said, looking around the room to find his phone.

"What if I got dressed and then we both went to your house?" Chan suggested.

"Okay." Felix shrugged. "But be warned, while you're getting dressed I'll be raiding your pantry to find snacks to bring along."

"That's fine." Chan laughed. Then he walked away. Felix smiled evilly and made his way to the kitchen.

There he gathered a bunch of snacks. From fruit gummies to crisps, he had one or two of everything. Chan walked into the kitchen as Felix was slapping together some sandwiches.

"Dude, we're just going to the beach." Chan gaped at the pile of food.

"And? We haven't eaten yet, so why not just eat there." Felix retorted, still focused on the sandwiches.

"Fine, scooch over, I'll help you." Chan lightly pushed Felix with his shoulder. The rest of the sandwiches were made with lots of laughter and a few spills.

Once all the food was in a cooler, Chan grabbed a few drinks from the refrigerator and stuffed those in as well. Felix nodded in approval. Then the boys walked to the door, carrying the cooler between them. Felix looked Chan up and down.

"I thought you were going to put your bathing suit on. Please tell me you're not wearing a speedo under that." His eyes were wide.

"No, what the heck? Why would I wear a speedo? This is my bathing suit." Chan responded, sounding equally desperate.

"Seriously? Even your bathing suit is black shorts and a black t shirt?" Felix raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah. What's yours? Bright yellow?" Chan shot back. Felix flushed and ducked his head.

"For your information, they're navy with palm trees on them." He snapped.

"Really? Cause with that reaction I could have sworn you did have a pair of bright yellow ones." Chan smirked. Felix squirmed uncomfortably. Why is this so intimidating? He's literally just asking about my bathing suit.

"Well... I do... But I'm not wearing them now." He crossed his arms and turned away from Chan, pouting. Then a pair of warm arms wrapped around his stomach.
