"Does that feel good?"

"Yes, Daddy~"

Wait, wait, wait, what? Let's back it up a bit, shall we?

"Channie!"

"What?"

"I'm bored."

"Hi bored, I'm Chan."

"Can we do something?"

"I gotta do my homework!"

"But it's Friday."

"Okay? I don't want to do it on the weekend."

"But I finished mine already and I'm boooored."

"Fine, let me finish the rest of my stuff and then we can go do something."

"Okay."

The house was bathed in silence for a half an hour. The two boys doing their respective things. Chan working on his homework and Felix wandering the house. Chan was in his room so that he wouldn't be disturbed, or at least that was his hope. He suddenly became aware of a pair of eyes watching him. He turned toward the window to make sure no one was watching him. Then he turned to his door, and there was Felix sitting on the ground outside his door, eating from a jar of cocoa spread.

"Hi?" Chan spoke uncertainly.

"Hi!" Felix chirped, putting another spoonful of the chocolate spread in his mouth. "Are you done?"

"No...? It's literally been like half an hour."

"Oh... Okay, then keep doing what you're doing, don't mind me." Felix said, adjusting his legs. Chan nodded slowly and tried to keep doing his homework. But as I'm sure you know, when someone is watching you do stuff, it's harder to do that thing.

"Do you mind?" He asked irritably.

"Am I eating too loudly? Sorry, I'll eat quieter." Felix widened his eyes and put a spoonful in his mouth slowly.

"No, you're not eating loudly, it's just hard to focus when you're watching me." Chan rolled his eyes.

"Oooh, I'll leave." Felix responded. Then he turned and scooched away. Chan sighed in relief and began working again.

A couple minutes later, the floor in the hallway squeaked. Chan ignored it, hoping that it was just the normal weird noises his house made. But he was wrong.

"I made you food!" A bright voice interrupted.

"Thanks, Lixie. You can just put it beside me on my desk." Chan said shortly, not looking up from his laptop screen.

"But I want to eat it with you..." Felix whined.

"Don't pout..." Chan groaned. "I'll be done soon and then we can go do something, mkay?"

"What if I sat on the floor next to you and just didn't look?"

"Why would you do that?"

"I'm lonely...."

"We're literally in the house together."

"But not together. I wanna be in the same room as you."

"Oi... Come here." Chan sighed. Felix's face immediately brightened and he waddled in with two plates of fruit. He set one on Chan's desk beside the working boy and the other on the floor beside the bed. Then he sat down next to the plate with his back to Chan so he couldn't watch. He sat there for a while glancing back every couple of minutes as if to see if Chan was still there. After a while Chan began to feel "lonely" as well, though the boys were in the same room.
