The boys were at Chan's house, on the couch. Felix had an ice pack on his cheek and Chan was surfing through Netflix trying to find something to watch.

"Want to watch Elf?" He suggested.

"Sure, I can't think of anything else anyways." Felix shrugged. "Can I take this stupid thing off my cheek now?"

"No. I said ten minutes, it's been two." Chan clicked on the movie and set the remote down.

"Geez, fine.... Dad." Chan whipped around toward Felix to find him staring right back with a proud smirk on his face.

"Oh my gosh..." He sighed. "Why are you like this..." Felix giggled evilly.

"Cause I can be. And you're fun to tease." He burrowed into the couch, satisfied at the successful teasing. Chan sighed.

As the movie started the older slowly scooted closer to Felix, who was happily unaware, too absorbed in the movie to notice. Inch by inch Chan moved, careful not to make too much noise or movement. The goal was to get close enough to either wrap his arm around the younger or even cuddle if he was lucky enough.

"You know," Felix's voice broke through the movie. Chan froze mid movement. Felix grinned, turning toward the older. "If you want to cuddle you could just ask." Chan's lips formed a pout. He had been caught. But nonetheless, he scooched all the way over to Felix and wrapped his arms around the younger boy who snuggled into his side letting out a satisfied sigh. As the movie progressed, Chan found his fingers in Felix's hair running his hands through the soft locks. About twenty minutes from the end a soft snore sounded through the living room. Chan looked down to see Felix asleep in his lap, eyelashes brushing his freckled cheeks. His lips were pouted and Chan watched with a soft smile on his face as the air puffed in and out with little sounds. He sighed happily and tilted his head back in bliss.

"So cute." He whispered. "Makes me want to kiss him."

"Then do it, coward." Came a raspy voice from below him. Chan looked down in shock, his ears burning. Felix was staring up at him with sleep filled eyes. "Do it." He repeated. Chan flushed as he leaned down toward the younger boy. He could almost feel the warmth radiating off of him.

"That wasn't a kiss." Felix complained sleepily when the older pulled away after placing a soft peck under his eye.

"Yes, it was." Chan replied, looking anywhere in the room but at Felix's face.

"Fine, I'll do it myself." Felix mumbled sitting up. Chan's eyes widened as the boy swung his leg over his own thighs and put his hands on his shoulders. Felix leaned closer, his eyes half closed. Chan felt warm breath fan across his face and his own eyes drifted shut.

Wow, whoo oh man, she's hot, hot, hot, hot

The boys jumped apart as Felix's phone rang. The owner of the phone grumbled under his breath as he reached toward the coffee table and picked the offending device up.

"Hello?" He spoke into the phone. A pause followed, then. "Yeah, Mom, I know it's you. You have a specific ring tone and your caller ID pops up on the screen. Can I put you on speaker? Chan's here too." After a moment of silence and a nod, Felix took the phone away from his ear and hit a button on the screen. "Okay, you're on speaker."

"Hello, Chan dear!" Rosé's voice came from the phone. "How are you doing? I hope my Lixie isn't wearing you out too much."

"Not at all. We're doing wonderful!" Chan reassured the woman on the other side of the phone.

"Good, good! I'm so glad." Then a higher voice rang through the line.

"Is that Channie and Lixie?"

"Hi, Lissie!" Felix said hello to his younger sister.

"Mommy, can we see them?" Lissie spoke to her Mom.

"Sure! Lix, I'm going to FaceTime you, is that okay?" Rosé asked.

"Yeah, that's fine. Just a fair warning though, I hit my cheek on one of Chan's cupboards earlier so it's a bit bruised." Felix thought up an explanation for the bruise as he scanned the screen for the thing that showed that a FaceTime was being requested.

"Oh no!" Rosé said, then she laughed. "That's my Lixie alright, you always seem to hurt yourself in the weirdest places." Felix laughed accepting the call that was coming in. Lissie's excited face quickly filled the screen.

"Lixie!" She squealed as her brother's face showed up. She waved happily. Then she began to look around in the back. "Where's Channie? Aren't you with him?"

"Oh, yeah." Felix laughed turning the camera around toward Chan. Lissie's face brightened as she waved at the blonde Aussie.

"Why are you guys sitting face to face?" Lissie tilted her head.

"What do you mean?" Chan returned.

"Well, Lixie turned the camera around and you were right in front of it, so you'd be sitting in front of him. Right, Mommy?" Lissie looked up for confirmation. Felix flushed, remembering that his mother was also watching them and she knew about this kind of stuff.

"You're right Lissie. I'm curious as well, why are you two sitting face to face?" Rosé smiled knowingly at the camera. Felix hastily handed the phone to Chan who took it, trying to mask the look of confusion. Felix climbed off of Chan's lap and sat down carefully beside him so that he didn't knock the camera. The. He took the phone back and switched to the front facing camera, making sure both he and Chan were in the frame.

"We're not. See?" Felix said, readjusting himself on the couch.

"Mhm..." Rosé squinted at them suspiciously. "That took quite a while to just flip the camera."

"Can we talk about this later?" Felix quickly changed the topic. "How are you doing at the camp?" Rosé shot him a look that said 'we're definitely talking about this later' but she thankfully followed the topic switch.

"Yeah, we're doing well. Your Dad's in a practice right now. There's a talent show at the end of the week and the groups are all the Dads, all the Moms, and the children. We're excited to see what Daddy comes up with, aren't we Lissie?" Rosé asked the toddler beside her. Lissie had been sitting in silent thought and glancing back and forth between her brother and the other boy with him while all that had passed between Felix and Rosé. Then she gasped.

"You were sitting on his lap weren't you?" She exclaimed, pointing back and forth between the two boys on the screen.

"Ah, look at the time. We need to go, uh, it was nice talking to you guys! I'll see you on Sunday, love you!" Felix smiled nervously as he fumbled with his phone trying to find the end call button.

"Mhm, love you too, Lix. See you Sunday." Rosé winked at her son. "Bye Chan, it was lovely to see you."

"You too." Chan responded, trying to hold his laugh as he watched the younger boy struggle to click the button. Finally after a few seconds of watching Rosé and Lissie laugh at him, Chan reached over and took the phone from Felix, hitting the end call button himself. Felix sighed in relief and tossed his phone to the side, crashing his head onto Chan's chest.

"That was way more stressful than it should have been..." He groaned.

"Aw, come on, Felix." Chan grinned. "At least they were just teasing you and not actually mad or about to come home early and murder you." Felix peered at Chan, a weird look on his face.

"There's a lot to unpack there, sir. I think you need therapy." He said, scanning the older's face.

Chan chuckled. "Probably, but for now, shall we go get some ice cream?"
