He was so sarcastic. I was so annoyed even before he came, but I didn't expect that I would be more annoyed when he started talking!

Ang buwisit na 'yon! Maireklamo nga!

But before that, I think I should call Tita Deborah first.

I sighed and shook my head in disappointment before I walked towards the couch. I sat on it and took a few deep breaths before I dialed Tita Deborah's number. Nakailang ring pa muna bago niya sinagot.

"He--"

"Tita!" medyo inis kong bungad. "My God! Do you know what just happened while I was checking in?"

"Huh?" she sounded confused. "Why? What happened?"

I sighed and rolled my eyes. I told her everything that happened at the front desk. I couldn't also help but blame her for it. I knew she just probably forgot because she was busy with so many things, but I was just currently so pissed!

"Oh, my, I'm so sorry, hija! Pangalan ko ba ang nailagay ko?" Malakas siyang napabuntonghininga.

"Basta just enjoy your stay there, huh?

It was beautiful and looked regal. The walls were painted with white. Some displays were artificially gold. The curtains of the balcony were also gold, even the headboard of the king size bed.

I really wanted to complain to the customer service of the hotel about that rude and sarcastic front desk manager.

I scrolled down until I got to see a portion for reviews and messages. I took a deep breath and started typing.

Greetings!

I got some problem checking in a while ago because my name couldn't be seen in your system. It turns out that my room is under my manager's name (I wasn't the one who booked my room, so I didn't know). I asked for a hotel manager because the front desk lady was no help. A front desk manager named, Rodean, was the one who faced me. And I am sending this message to show my disappointment towards him. HE WAS RUDE AND VERY SARCASTIC. Do you really hire employees with attitude like that? His tone of voice, the way he answered everything I said -- it sounded sarcastic and boastful. I am so disappointed. To think that is just my first time in this hotel, but I got to experience something like that? It's saddening. I hope next time, think twice of hiring people. He did somehow help in solving the problem I had in checking in, but still, I'm sorry 'cause I really got so disappointed. Hope this won't happen again.

Sincerely,
Larseah Guillana Ordoveza

I hope I get a reply and I was really hoping that it would reach that arrogant Rodean.
