||Jotaro
"You're not serious, Jotaro!" worried Polnareff. "Relax, I'm lying." deadpanned the delinquent. "Yeah, can't believe that worked." again Kate had appeared out of nowhere behind the Captain, her voice low, quiet but still very clear to hear, her eyes those of a predator who just found their prey. She placed a hand on Tennille's shoulder and he jumped away screaming in pain one would mean she burnt him. Turns out she did, smoke rose from the captains shoulder, skin burnt in the shape of a hand.
"Why so jumpy?" she asked, like a cat playing with the mouse before killing it. "Quiet impressive, but what tipped you off that it was the captain?" queried Mr. Joestar "Actually, I didn't have a clue. However, I'd planned to try this on the entire crew. It's as simple as that." he explained. "And I fell for it. Hat's off to you boy." complimented Tennille, who seemed to have recovered from the shock, while Kate stayed in the background, ready to react should he try something. The girl hiding behind her.
"You're right I'm not the Captain. The real captain is already sleeping with the fishes on the bottom of the Chinese Sea." Tennille revealed. "Then I guess you'll be snoozing in the depth of hell, you bastard!" declared Jotaro. At the mention of hell, a certain teen girl's eyes lit up, like a child's when receiving a new toy. "I'd be more than happy to assist with that." she grinned, hand raised as if in school, completely dismissing the visual stand off between the raven-haired and the captain.
Only when it shot forward and grabbed the girl by her ankle, did everyone notice the blue arm that had crept up from behind. The girl screamed in terror, straining against the blue Stand's tight grip, which she could feel but not see, "I can't move...!"
The Stand was named Dark Blue Moon, represented by the Moon card, which stands for the fear of the unknown, trouble on the water and lies and betrayal!
"I kept my identity hidden because six-on-one is a little tough even for me. I was hoping to pick you off one by one." Tennille declared. "But since you figured me out, I guess I have no choice. Six-on-one it is. Getting my hands on her shows that lady luck is on my side! I think I'll take a dip in these shark-infested waters with the runt. If you wanna save her, you're gonna have to dive in after us. On my turf, I can take on all five of you. " "Go on, act tough while you're hiding behind a storage!" retorted the delinquent. "It'll take a lot more than that to shake me up!"
"It's no act, it's a prediction. I hear you Stand Star Platinum is pretty fast. Not trying to brag, but my Dark Blue Moon is king underwater. It's far swifter than any fish in the sea! Why don't we pit them against each other right now? Come on, follow me, if you're not afraid of a little...seawater!" challenged the Captain and jumped, the girl screaming like a stuck pig. Jotaro sent Star Platinum after them and even before the enemy hit the water, with a series of Oras the purple Stand sent Dark Blue Moon flying and caught the girl.
In the distance Captain Tennille drifted in the water, "He hit me before I could fall....That's impossible, how'd he ...." "You're the one swallowin' salt water today, pops. Tell 'em Avdol." finished Jotaro, Avdol adding on, "Your folly was trying to out-predict a fortune teller....tough break." "Well said, Avdol." praised Polnareff. Looking out at the sea, one could see a unconscious Captain Tennille drifting off, carried by the waves.
"There he goes." commented the French, "After he talked up his Stand so much, I expected more. But in the end he was just a blabbering idiot." "Hmmm, I get a sense of déjà vu. I remember someone else doing the exact same thing." Kate grinned, side-eying Polnareff mischievously.
In the meantime Jotaro leaned to over the railing in order to pull up the girl. However, the enemy Stand had attached barnacles to Star Platinum's arm, sticking it to the ship's rump, thus keeping Jotaro from pulling himself back up. Though he kept trying.
