Grace

Sunlight bursts into the room all of a sudden, forcing me to wake up. I'm immediately aware of a slight headache and a soreness in my neck. When my eyes open finally, they take in their surroundings.

I'm on the couch under a throw blanket. I slept here all night, which is probably why my neck feels horrible right now. On the other couch I see Holly, who, just like me, is starting to wake up. Elias is the one who opened the blinds, probably wanting us to wake up so we could get started on our day.

All of a sudden my legs move, no they are moved by someone. My head shoots over to see what's going on, only to find Harry, rubbing his eyes. I should also mention he's shirtless.

My eyes waste no time taking in his torso while he's not paying attention. It's toned, obvious that he goes to the gym and works out. On his chest are two birds, and there's another peaking through on his stomach, a butterfly it seems, but it's covered by the blanket as well. There are more tattoos along his shoulders that I haven't seen before, and a couple on his left arm that are usually covered by his shirt.

The black of the tattoos contrast beautifully against his tan skin. They also are very fitting and accentuate his body. I couldn't see him with any other tattoos honestly.

I break my eyes away from his chest, remembering that there are two other people who could catch me right now, one of whom would never let me hear the end of it for checking him out. Instead I look back up at his face, watching him continue to rub the sleep from his eyes.

He looks over at me with an exaggerated, sleepy smile. "Good morning Grace."

His morning voice is so deep and raspy. How have we gone two mornings already waking up with him and I've never heard him speak this early in the morning? He always sounds normal when we all hang out before leaving the hotel room.

"Morning Harry." I reply, my own voice sounding a bit rough honestly. All the screaming last night definitely didn't help.

"Come on guys, get up. I went and got us some breakfast already so that you guys can eat while you're getting ready. There's coffee and everything." Eli urges, not wanting to miss one moment of the day.

I finally sit up, turning to move my legs off Harry and plant them on the ground. "Sorry about that, you could have just pushed them off." I tell him, stretching a bit before I have to stand up.

"Eh, don't worry about it. I slept fine." he assures me.

The living room definitely looks like there's been a party. It's not messy and nothing's broken. But there are a million different cups and shot glasses alongside a few empty liquor bottles.

I can still remember most of last night which is good, but the ending is where things get a little fuzzy. There's something floating around in my brain about Holly and I dancing to Mamma Mia. Hopefully I didn't actually shake my ass in front of Harry. Elvis also comes to mind, but that's about it. I don't even remember falling asleep.

Elias was always strangely fine after parties, even in college. He doesn't really get hungover, and if he does he's great at hiding it. All I know is I'm going to need a shower to wake up any more.

I stand up, stretching one more time and it feels great on my back. Now I know why Harry got this apartment, but his plan seems to have backfired since he ended up sleeping on the couch.

Holly is slowly but surely starting to get up. The day after always hits her pretty hard at first, but once she has some coffee in her she'll be back to normal. At least she didn't notice that Harry and I were sleeping on the same couch.
