Grace
Harry's so handsome. I can't stop taking pictures of him. Or just looking at him.
We all decided to wear something white for dinner tonight. Harry took us to this amazing restaurant on the beach, and it's just been so beautiful. We've just had the best day today and I don't want it to be over.
Holly freaked out when I told her I met Harry's mom. She was a little nervous at first because I have a track record of being cold and closed off when I meet parents, especially good ones. When I met her parents, I got really defensive when they were just asking simple questions. I always apologize to them now for how rude I was, but they understand now.
She was very proud of me when I told her I didn't get defensive or anything. I didn't mention the whole thanking Anne for being a good mom part, but she's excited she gets to meet Harry's mom in London too. Elias and I are gonna have to be on our best behavior that day.
When we got back to the house, Harry called Gemma and I met her too. She seemed like a girl version of Harry and was just so sweet. She said she's going to come to London to meet me for sure. It's definitely weird how I'm meeting his family, but I'm trying to just not think about it.
Everything has felt so different with him. Falling in love has just felt so different. It's made me realize I've never fallen in love before. I pretended I was in love with every other person I was with, just to convince myself that I was loved back.
Every word, every touch, it's full of so much love and care. He makes me feel like the most important thing in the world.
He's teaching me how to love and how to accept love. He's showing me my worth.
I'll never be able to thank him enough or show him just how much he means to me. I don't even think I fully understand how much he means to me.
I reach over, taking a quick sip of my wine. I don't want this trip to be over. I just want to keep traveling the world with Harry by my side. I want to love him in every city of every country.
There's a lull in the conversation. Everyone's been pretty upset that we have only a few days left before we go home. It's really hitting us that we've traveled to all these countries and just had the best time. We aren't the same people we were when we left New York. And I know Harry isn't the same man he was when he left London.
"So, what's everyone's favorite part of the trip been?" I ask, smiling slightly.
"Oh well I know what Gracie's favorite part was. And Harry's." Holly taunts.
She's not wrong. Meeting Harry has got to be one of my favorite parts of this trip. Next to falling in love with him.
"Well my favorite part was probably all the food. It was amazing everywhere we went and when we get back to London, I am definitely having another full English breakfast." Elias smiles, taking a sip of his beer.
"Okay, that's disgusting." Holly scrunches up her nose in disgust.
"I mean, I do enjoy a full English too so I'll go out to breakfast with Elias and you girls could have like eggs or something." Harry jokes, leaning over to bump fists with Eli.
I laugh, "Have fun on your breakfast date."
"My favorite part was definitely Rome. It was amazing getting to see all those amazing landmarks. Like the Colosseum was insane to see! The history is just crazy there." Holly gushes.
"Rome was definitely amazing. But my favorite was Venice." I smile. The second night in Venice will definitely live in my head forever. "I'm sure the next few days here will be a very close second though."
