Grace
The sky is a beautiful pink, purple, and orange. The sunsets have just been amazing the last few nights. They get better and better in every country. I could just lay down on the grass and watch them for the rest of my life. Videos will have to do for now.
My hand is in Harry's as we walk a little further away from the rest of the group. The camcorder is in my other hand since Harry had told everyone he was gonna come with me to take some videos of the sunset.
Neither of us has said a word since we started walking. That's only making my heart race faster honestly. All this anticipation is killing me honestly. I don't know how much more of this I could take.
God I hope my hands aren't all sweaty. That would be so embarrassing honestly.
"So," Harry starts, clearing his throat gently. "Um, did you have fun today?" he asks.
I nod slightly, turning my head to look at him quickly. "Yeah. Thank you for planning this for us. It's really sweet you did this." I smile a bit.
"Oh it was no problem. I'm just glad you guys had a good time. Niall's gonna take the canvases back to his hotel with him. He figured if he was coming to Vienna he'll stay for a few days. He'll let them dry and then send them back to my place in New York."
That catches my interest. "You have a place in New York?" I ask, surprised.
He nods, "Yeah. It's in Manhattan, in Tribeca. I stay there occasionally, mainly when I'm in New York for long periods of time."
"Really? Holly and I have an apartment around Union Square so in like the East Village. My cousin owns the building so he gave us a slight discount on the apartment. Holly and I split the rent." I tell him.
"Ah, so we're almost neighbors then. I'll have to come and visit next time while I'm in town. I'm not sure if I'll have time to head back to New York after this. I'm already kind of taking an extended vacation now, but I'll give you the address so you guys could pick up your paintings when you guys get back." he offers.
It's a little disappointing that he won't be coming back to New York with us, but that's the reality. He's got a life to get back to after this little vacation. But at least now I know he's closer than I thought.
"Yeah, sounds great." I smile, holding his hand a little tighter.
I don't want to think about leaving Harry. I want to spend every day with him.
He stops walking, turning to look at me with a slight smile. "Let's dance," he says, spinning me gently before pulling me close.
A slight laugh leaves me as I look at him, "Dancing? There's no music to dance to." I smile up at him.
"So? I could sing if you really want there to be music." he jokes with a big grin.
I just shake my head, wrapping my arms around his neck as we start to sway gently. "So I overheard you've been teaching Elias to play guitar well before today. How have you been managing that?" I ask.
He holds my waist, looking down at me. "Well you girls take forever getting ready, so we usually will work on it then. Sometimes if he wakes up early we'll work on it too. He's pretty good already."
We slightly sway, which is honestly a little awkward since there is no music at all. At the same time, him singing would just make things even more awkward. But I guess first kisses are always supposed to be awkward, no matter how hot the guy you're kissing is. But I mean, I'll take a first kiss in Vienna at sunset. I'm sure it'll be good no matter what with Harry.
