I was walking around in this field looking for some sort of human civilisation. I had no idea of anything. Where am I? What is my name? How old am I? I could remember anything and it was beginning to freak me out a bit.
I was still walking forward though, determined to find something. I had to be from around here right?
The sun was hot and even though the place was quite scary being here alone, I couldn't help but think that it was a nice place to start a family. Away from everyone.
As if nature heard my thoughts, a small cottage was now in my line of sight. Walking closer I could see a man and woman on a blanket, laughing and chatting with each other. I wonder if I had somebody I loved that much that I couldn't remember.
"Hello" I asked shyly, feeling a bit bad for intruding.
The man and woman stopped and instantly turned my direction. They stared at me for a while and I was beginning to feel a bit uncomfortable. They looked like they haven't seen people in forever.
The woman was beautiful though, she had big hazel doe eyes and blonde hair that was in a formal-looking up-do, her skin was so pale though it looked unnatural. Her eyes reminded me a lot like someone's but I couldn't be sure who. No names were coming to my head. The man was also unnaturally pale but he had almost green eyes with dark brown hair and some greying at the sides.
"Um, can you tell me where I am?" I asked kindly when they both seemed shocked by my visit and didn't make any effort to talk.
"Lilly..." The woman whispered and they both got up coming to me assessing my physique I think. Who was Lilly?
"What are you doing here?" The man asked in a sad voice.
"Is that my name?" I asked a bit confused. I have no idea what's going on. "And um I don't know what I am doing here, I don't know where here is, I don't know where I belong" I started and almost rambled everything out a bit of panic rising in me.
"Yes, you're Lilly. And you have a sister name Lauren dear." The woman started. Lauren; I know that name from somewhere. Well obviously, she's my sister apparently. But why can't I bring a face to the name?
"We're your parents sweetie. But you shouldn't be here." The woman said again when I didn't reply. But I couldn't help the nagging feeling in the back of my head because of how I couldn't remember what Lauren looked like.
I looked at the woman with her brown eyes and blonde hair and then at the man with his green eyes.
Green eyes. I know those eyes.
Brown hair?
No.
Blonde hair.
Green eyes and blonde hair.
Lauren!
I could see her! All the memories of her came crashing in my head and then everything else came back.
The supernatural, Matt, May, Jason, Nathan, the Demon Lord, the fight, I'm a witch. Oh my, was May dead? Jason? What happened to Liv and Alex? Wait I'm supposed to be pregnant. Where was my protruding bump? Oh my God where's my child?!
"Sweetie, sweetie calm down" The man said and they both came forward to hold me. I was brought out of my own head, confusion written on my face now.
"But you're both dead." I said in almost a whisper looking at them both. They seem to be very real at the moment to me.
The woman smiled at me, a sad heart-breaking smile. Mom.
"That's why you're not supposed to be here honey" my father said.
"Where is this place?" I asked. My thoughts were all still jumbled. How was I talking to them? Where is Matt? How do I get back to him? What happened after the fight?
"Think of it as a safe place for us. In heaven, if you must." My mother said.
"Then why am I here? Am I dead?" that means I wouldn't be able to see my people again. Cue hyperventilation.
"It seems as if the Moon Goddess wanted us to meet dear." My mother said
"But now that we have met, you should probably get going, your body mightn't be able to keep this up for any longer" The father continued.
"But what about the both of you? Can't you come with me?" I mean I really wanted to go back to Matt but I didn't want to just leave them.
"We're fine here Lilly. Just always remember we love both you and Lauren very much. You both have made us very proud and we know you will continue too." My hands started to fade.
"What's happening?" I asked again. This surely wasn't normal.
"Don't fight it. Go back to your mate and your new family. We're always looking over you and you sister. You both have wonderful mates who we know would never let you down" My father finished.
"Give our love to Lauren too." She paused. "We love you Lilly"
And with that I was then enveloped in darkness.
"WHAT'S HAPPENING TO HER? SOMEONE FIX THIS!" Matt! I'll know that commanding voice anywhere.
I tried to open my eyes but nothing happened. I could hear the beeping of the machines and the bustling going on around me. I could already picture myself in the familiar room of the infirmary.
I thought about seeing my mate and his scent suddenly surrounded me. I took deep breaths and my heart rate decreased significantly. The annoying beeps were back to its slow pace and my eyes fluttered open. The white in the room was so much. Remind me to tell Matt to change the colour of the rooms in this place. Geesh.
"Lilly?" Matt asked softly grabbing my hand as his face came in view. I smiled up at him.
I was alive. Oh goodness I was alive.
Thank God.
I looked around the room and found Doctor Davis, Lauren and an unfamiliar man. Then my eyes recognized that my stomach was flat. As if my brain couldn't fully comprehend what that meant, I let go of Matt's hand and stood up looking to be 100% sure that my stomach was now flat.
No. This couldn't be. Doctor Davis said I would be pregnant for about 6 to six and a half months and that was an estimate, we couldn't be sure. I was only five months pregnant. Oh God. Oh God.
"Where's my baby?" I asked in a dry voice as water began to spring from my eyes.
