Chapter 25- The Options

I cleaned myself up as best as I could in a public bathroom after all my food decided it no longer wanted to serve its purpose. I felt so drained now. I needed more food and a lot of water. May went to get me a bottle and as I walked out the bathroom she had just finished purchasing it. She handed me the water and suggested that we head back to the boys and then home for me to rest.

As we were walking back however, May spotted a store selling phone cases and immediately begged for us to go in the store. I had no objections and while she was figuring out which phone case she wanted, I wandered around the store just looking at the things they offered.

"Lilly?" a man came up next to me and asked. I looked up and saw Nathan staring back at me and gasped in shock. He had a bruise on his left cheek and his right eye was kind of blue-black.

"Nathan" Was all that came out of my mouth in a whisper and a smirk grew on his face. That's when the fright started coming over me. He knew that I knew he was with the Demon Lord.

"It's been a while Luna" He said as he grabbed my two hands at my wrists in one of his large hands making them face each other and covered my mouth and nose with a cloth in his other hand.

I held my breath and struggled, trying desperately to make some sort of noise to get May's attention but Nathan pushed me roughly against a nearby wall making me gasp and before I could control my actions, I was breathing in what I assume was chloroform. Tears burned my eyes as I realised that I was beginning to feel droopy and I was going to be kidnapped today.

After putting up such a good argument about being able to look after myself, the person who came after me knows how to manipulate me. I couldn't get my hands apart to make anything happen and I don't think I could use my powers without using my hands.

"Matt I..." I said through the mind-link but because of my state of droopiness I could barely get words out. "I love..... you" My brain was barely working properly.

"Lils? Lils what's wrong?" He replied concerned "Lilly are you okay?"

"N- Nate" was all that came out

"Nathan? Lilly where are you?" I could hear the panic in his voice in my head.

"I- -Sorry" was the last thing I got out and the last thing I saw was May still talking to the man about her phone case before I completely blacked out.

I groaned in pain as my head throbbed so bad I felt like it was going to explode. I pressed my temples in vain and then slowly peeled my eyes open and assessing my surroundings. My chest hurt like hell. Realization hit me like a brick to the face when I saw I was in what looked like a cell out of a dungeon. The only thing in here was the mattress I was now sitting on.

Memories of what happened flooded my head and my hands instantly flew to my stomach. If something was wrong I would've felt pain right? My heart beat accelerated because I had no means to ensure that my baby was fine. I felt pain in my head and chest but not my stomach. That's good right? I patted my pockets to find my phone but, of course, it wasn't there.

I looked around again and saw that my cell was away from the others. To my right, I could see lines of cells straight down as far as my eyes could see and to the left had a door. I slowly stood up and walked to the front of the cell trying to look around more to find people, I guess.

As I looked at the bars of the cell I thought that I could easily melt the steel and escape and a sense of happiness shot through me.

However, as I reached out the grab the bars, my hands bumped something before I could touch the bars. What the hell? I placed my hands flat on the surface and then dragged my hands across following how far it went and soon realized that it was all around the cell.
