The pair finished pretty quickly and unsurprisingly, the Ravenclaw had taken the telescope in hostage. Regulus just stood at her side, admiring the night sky. Some minutes later, she called out his name.

"Hey Black, look what I found out."

She handed him the telescope to look at what she wanted him to see. And after looking for some seconds, the Slytherin straightened up again, looking at the girl and waiting for her next words.

"Regulus. The brightest star of the Leo constellation," was all Adena said with a small grin.

"It's pretty. Let me show you something then." He had taken his Astronomy book, looking for something but Adena couldn't guess what.

He alternated between the book and the telescope, moving it a bit when needed to and when he was done, he turned to the brunette who was waiting for him.

"You can look now." She nodded and bent forward to look into the telescope. Adena took the time to look at another bright star. She could look for hours as it was so fascinating to her. The girl turned back to him after a while of observing.

"Arcturus, from the Boötes constellation. Also, my second name." Her grin grew wider at that statement.

"Really? It sounds good. Regulus Arcturus... Regulus Arcturus Black... Yeah, definitely sounds good."

He couldn't get used of how beautiful his name sounded pronounced by her soft voice. It seemed like she even appreciated it. It wouldn't stop echoing in his mind 'Regulus. Regulus. Regulus Arcturus Black.' How could she make it sound so unique and beautiful.

"Choose a constellation, we'll look for it and its stars." He nodded, and she then handed him the book.

"How about the Aries constellation?" he said after a while.

"Okay. So, we have Hamal also known as Alpha Arietis, Sheratan the Beta Arietis, Mesarthim the Gamma Arietis and finally 41 Arietis. Well, their names look very similar."

"Arietis hm... I like the names of these stars for some reason," answered Regulus.

"Yeah, me too..." murmured the girl before looking back into the telescope. They had their little fun with it for some more minutes and stopped after spotting all the stars around the Aries constellation.

When Adena straightened up again, she shivered a little. They had been in the cold for a long while now and she was starting to feel it.

"Are you cold?" asked Regulus, a bit concerned.

"Yeah but it's fine."

"I could warm you up!" suddenly said the voice of Jacob, loud enough for some people to turn towards them. He had a smirk on his face and was moving his eyebrows up and down.

"What the hell Jacob, don't you have work to do."

"Noah's finishing up."

"Go help him I don't care but stop bothering me you perv."

He narrowed his eyes at her as he slowly left them.

"What an idiot... anyway, just turn around and watch the sky."

She didn't move, just looked at him confused before he grabbed her shoulders, turning her around so she would be facing the starry sky facing them, as well as the wild nature surrounding them. The Slytherin just moved close to her from behind so their bodies barely had any space between, and he could share his warmth with her. Regulus bent down a little to her height, his chin brushing against her shoulder as he whispered.

"It's beautiful. I'll try to warm you a little, so it'll be more enjoyable. I don't want you to catch a cold or something."

Even though she wanted to admire the starry sky, the only thing Adena could focus on at the moment, was Regulus' velvet-like voice, murmuring so close to her ear it could drive her mad by how bewitching it sounded. Unconsciously, she cocked her face towards him, the sudden proximity making her blush a little, but it was unnoticeable in the dark. She just looked into his irises glistening in the moonlight. Even in such darkness, the glint of reassurance she had found many times was still visible.

"I told you to watch the sky."

Before the brunette could say anything, a voice interrupted the strangely soft moment they were sharing.

"The hell are you two doing..." muttered Jacob who was standing at their side. His nose scrunched up in disgust.

"Jacob, get lost," hissed Adena, glaring at him, making the poor boy almost run away.

Regulus had straightened up a little, regaining his usual height, just a few inches above Adena's head, his face almost hidden in her mass of brown locks as he bent it in embarrassment.

And the girl, as if sensing this whispered, "Don't mind him, just... hold me close, please..."

The raven-haired male, a little surprised by this, still would keep a straight face. Before he could say anything, he had felt two cold hands reaching out to take his, laying at his side.

Adena had taken a hold of his hands so she could now wrap his arms around her waist, letting her hands fall on top of his warmer ones. Regulus let her do as she liked, actually enjoying this, enjoying that he could hold her that way in that embrace. The young Ravenclaw didn't feel any embarrassment at the moment, it felt somehow natural for her. She couldn't help but feel at ease in his arms; it felt warm and comforting. Adena fitted so well in Regulus' embrace. The moment their hands touched, her heartbeat quickened and a strange feeling of excitation filled her.

"Let's just try to warm up a bit for the remaining minutes..." she murmured again, her bright orbs turned towards the sky.

Regulus replaced his chin on her shoulder delicately before nodding, his eyes admiring as well, except that they would not look away from her face, and every little detail shining under the moonlight, illuminating her so perfectly, making her eyes look so lively inhabited by such depth that he wanted to get lost in them forever.

The class was finally dismissed after 1am. Regulus had let Adena go before accompanying her until they had to part ways. She had waved him goodbye with a small smile and had joined the other Ravenclaws walking ahead of her.

When she reached the others, Jacob said with a teasing voice, "Hm, that was a really good lesson. Right, Adena?"

She arched an eyebrow at his strange question but then proceeded to answer, "Yeah, you know I love Astronomy so it's no surprise." Her voice was emotionless as she spoke, not getting into his sly game.

"Yes, you enjoyed the astronomy..." And she glared at him making him hide behind Jade.

"Don't you have someone else to bother," she hissed.

"Well, no, Noah's too tired to be my victim."

She didn't reply, hoping he would forget her. And luckily for her, and the others as well, Jacob stayed quiet during the whole way back to the Ravenclaw tower. Everyone must have been tired, Adena as well, it was such an enjoyable day she wasn't sure if she would be able to find sleep easily.
