Adena was glad that at least her friends were more or less acceptive of her relationship with Regulus. However, she wasn't sure Jacob would be the same. He was a very straight person that would rarely go back on his word. And the thing was that he wasn't a fan of Regulus since he considered him a rival because of Quidditch and because their views differed very much. Even if he had teased her about their relationship, she thought the blond boy would have a hard time accepting this now that it was official. For now, she decided to not say anything, he would eventually find out.

As she was walking to the Great Hall, the girl noticed some younger Slytherins fixing her in the hallways. She didn't know why but these girls wouldn't look away even though she had caught their stares. She ignored that, and just entered the room, ready to eat. Like an automatism, the brunette's eyes travelled to the Slytherin table, quickly finding Regulus who was munching a toast. The girl smiled at him as she made her way to the Ravenclaw table.

Eugenia nudged her as she said, "Stop smiling stupidly, you'll get cramps." And Adena groaned turning to her. But before she could do so, she noticed the glare of her sister at the Gryffindor table and so she dropped her head, preferring to avoid her.

"You still haven't told me any crusty details!"

"I'll repeat it one last time, there aren't any crusty detail," she sighed, sitting down.

"Tell me how you confessed then, I want to hear it!"

"There wasn't any sort of confession. We aren't sappy or cheesy."

"I admit this doesn't correspond to your images. Then tell me about the kiss again!" she exclaimed with shining eyes.

"He kissed me, and I kissed back that's it. And I think that's already too many details," hissed the girl, putting some strawberry jam on her toast.

"Eugenia don't you see she doesn't want to talk about this," said Millie even though she kept a close ear to their conversation, being the hopeless romantic she was.

"Are you sure you're even dating?" whined the redhead.

"Who's dating who?" said Jacob's voice behind them, making Adena froze on the spot while Millie and Eugenia looked at each other. She had told them she would rather let him find out on his own.

"You and McGonagall," said Jade calmly.

"What the hell, Jade don't say gross things in the morning!"

"You always say gross things in the morning."

"And you didn't deny!" added Eugenia, smirking.

Even after that crazy weekend, the week was starting normally.

Adena was glad she started class with Regulus on Monday, it was the best way to start the first class of the week and they were lucky that class was one of the less boring.

He waited outside the Great Hall for her to finish but it didn't take long as classes were about to start. She made her way towards him, way too fast to be able to hear Jacob say, "What's she doing?"

"Good morning Regulus." She smiled at him.

"Good morning Adena."He smiled back and went to caress her soft cheek. There was an unsaid agreement between them. Avoiding kissing in public and too much affection. There was no need to speak about that as they knew each other well enough to know none of them were fans of public displays of affection. The kiss in the common room was an exception as Adena was tipsy.

He took her hand, and they started walking to their DADA class. Once again, Adena noticed some strange looks coming from younger girls, all Slytherins, so she asked the boy about it.
