27: Deja Vu

Izuku POV

I was hanging out in the living room when I heard Daisuke call for me that my phone was ringing. I went over and looked at the ID. I quickly clicked answer when I saw Mina's ID. "Hey Izu!" She said, "Hey, Mina! How are you?" "I'm doing good. Kiri and I wanted to see if you wanted to go out to lunch with us?" "Huh? Lunch? Sure, I'm doing anything today. What time today?" "We can pick you up in an hour if that works," She specified. "Sure, I'll be ready," I confirmed before signing off. I texted Ryo and Sejin that I was going out to lunch with friends today. They said it was fine and that I had to be extra safe.

I went to my room and grab a small bag to bring with me. I grabbed my wallet and a jacket then picked out a hat and mask to hide from fans and reporters. Once I had grabbed everything I needed I walked back down the stairs and hung out in the living room before I got picked up. As I was playing a game on my phone, Daisuke came to sit next to me and make conversation. "So where are you going?" I turned to him and responded, "Kiri and Mina are taking me out to lunch. We haven't seen a lot of each other and they had a free afternoon and wanted to hang out." Daisuke nodded and hummed. "That's nice of them to schedule. I hope you have fun!"

With that, he got up and bounded over to Kenta who was napping on the couch, and began to bother him to do something with him. I stopped paying attention when I heard a ping from my phone. I looked at the ID and saw that it was my mom. I realized that I hadn't talked to her much since my time at the hospital and began to feel slightly guilty. I chatted with her for a while about life and such. That was until I got a message from Mina and saw that they were about to pull up. I was shocked that I was talking to my mom that long but I didn't mind. I missed my mom and our exciting conversations. Maybe I'll take a night before we begin setting up for our concert and go see her for dinner; I can even bring Kaachan!

I got up from my seat, put my shoes and winter coat on, and said goodbye to those who could hear me before leaving out the door. I saw a car pull up and stop in front of me. I hesitated to get in but the hesitation vanished when the window rolled down and I saw Mina. "Hey! What are you doing just standing there? Hop in already!" She commanded. I did as told and got in before asking where we were going. They said it was a surprise and that I had to sit back and relax. I did just that and watched the scenery pass by out the window.

Third POV

About 30 minutes after Izuku left the dorm the door was knocked on, startling the members who were still in the living room. They looked at each other before Daisuke lept from his spot next to Kenta who was grateful for whoever it was for distracting Daisuke. "Maybe Izuku forgot something," He wondered out loud before opening the door. "Oh, Katsuki!" At the announcement of the blond hero, the attention of the others was caught. "What are you doing here? If you looking for Izuku, unfortunately, he is out right now; with Kirishima and Mina in fact."

The blond looked lost for words for a second before shaking his head. "No I'm not here for Izuku and I actually know about the lunch since I planned it out. Can I come in?" Daisuke opened the door wider to allow the hero in. He walked behind the blond with a confused look on his face. When the two go into the living room Katsuki spoke up, "I know you're wondering why I came unannounced and not for Izuku but I can explain. I was however hoping to do so with all of the members in here." "I'll go get them," Makoto said, standing from where he had been sitting -in front of his gaming computer.

It took about 10 minutes to get everyone gathered and settled in the living room. Everyone could tell Katsuki was nervous for some reason and it unnerved them. It also made them anxious because what could the blond be nervous for unless someone was in danger? Yeah, the members all had crossed that line of thought and it made them nervous for what was to come. Katsuuki stood up when all of the members had taken a seat. He was about to begin but was interrupted by Hiroshi, "Sorry to interrupt but I am getting major deja vu right now."
