The boys with an s/o that has ADHD. So me lol. This is for all my fellow "what was so just doing?" Mfs

L

•he also happens to space out a lot, so when he catches you off in another planet he's kinda just like "ha, same"

•he somehow remembers to tell you to take your meds, but he always forgets to take his.

•he's careful with words when looking over your work because of rejection sensitive dysphoria. He knows that if he words something too harshly it'll make you extremely upset so he makes sure he words things correctly and clearly.

•the 'hey eyes on me' shoulder tap.

•your lack of impulse control can be a problem sometimes so he steps in when he has to stop you from doing something stupid. But if the impulse is to make a cake or organise something, harmless things he'll leave you be and let you get it out of your system.

•mindful of misophonia that comes with ADHD, noises that piss you off are nowhere to be heard in his taskforce building.

Near

•"hey I got us matching fidget toys"

•he's aware your brain runs at a million miles per hour, and sometimes words get jumbled and tripped up in since your mouth can't keep up with your brain. Any time you just forget something mid sentence or royally mess up a word, he assures you it's fine and you don't have to apologise.

•if you're excessively fidgeting he lets it slide because it really doesn't hurt anyone. Might give you something to fidget with but otherwise let's you be.

• helps you with multitasking since you're not great at it.

• always seems to know where the thing you lost is.

Mello

•since he's prone to mood swings too, he doesn't give you a hard time about yours. He knows what it's like.

•knows your not great at organising, so helps you sort out tasks and schedules. Also because that way he can organise your tasks to be with him more often.

•if something important is happening he makes sure you're not getting distracted by random things around you with a "hey, pay attention remember?" But if you still managed to miss something he'll fill you in.

•he looses stuff all the time as well, so your hunt for the thing you lost often turns into a hunt for the thing you lost and the thing Mello lost.

•sensory issue? Don't worry hell find the source of the gross noise or texture and burn it.

Matt

•boy oh boy does this man know hyperactivity. He's not that much help when it comes to impulse control seeing he had zero of it either.

•"wanna go to the skatepark?
"It's 3am..."
"..."
"Yes"

•misophonia? Don't worry babe here take my noise cancelling gaming headphones.

•somehow manages to understand you when you're talking at a million miles per hour

•calms you down when you're frustrated because of something ADHD related. Matt's just got a way for calming people.
(That's why Mellos explosive emotions ass likes him)

Light

•let's you take his notes since you definitely didn't write any after you saw that cool bird outside.

•knows memory isn't the strongest point of yours. But he's a well groomed student who remembers everything so if you forget, he'll remember it for you.

•anyone else interrupting him will annoy him, but he knows you just do it because you're overly exited and can't get mad at you for that.

•light bops on the head with the death note to snap you out of your brain fog.

•Scolds Ryuk for deliberately distracting you.

Matsuda

• leaves sticky notes around for you to remember things.

•doesn't make you mask for social reasons, if someone doesn't like your ADHD behaviour that's THEIR problem. He reassures you that no you're not being weird, that's just how you are.

•takes the time to deeply explain things you miss or don't understand so you're all caught up.

•"look I found you a mini tangle on a keychain! Now you can fidget at work!"

•doesn't want to accidentally hurt you with rejection sensitive dysphoria. If he needs to tell you something bad he'll always start with "it's not personal, don't take it that way"
