Chapter 6

(Y/n)'s P.O.V.

After morning classes Mr Aizawa came into the classroom and started speaking.

"Alright class, we'll be doing something different today. Myself, All Might, and one other faculty member will supervise." I sat up a little straighter in my chair, exited to know what we were doing. Mr Aizawa pulled out a card and showed it to us, "We'll be preparing you for things like floods, landslides, and other natural disasters. So rescue training. You can choose whether or not to wear your hero costumes as some may be ill suited for this type of work." I did decide to change into my costume and found myself bouncing on my toes.

"You exited (Y/n)?" Denki asked and I nodded,

"Yeah! Mom and Dad sometimes do rescue stuff since dads vines are good for holding things up." Almost immediately Midoryia was next to me with a notebook in his hands,

"Are your parents pro heroes? What are their names!?" I backed up a little and held my hands up to put some sort of barrier between us.

"Um yeah... My parents are Luminescence and Foliorum." Midoryia looked surprised for a moment,

"Really? They're so young!" I nodded,

"Yeah my mom had me at a pretty young age but proved that wasn't a handicap by graduating valedictorian of her class at Shieketsu. She actually showed me a video of her walking across the stage with me on her hip." A whistle sounded and I saw Iida standing by the bus.

"Line up by your number and file into the bus in an orderly fashion!"

"Lets continue this later." I whispered and Midoryia nodded putting his notebook away. We headed onto the bus and immediately Iida was disappointed to see that it wasn't the kind of bus he was expecting. I ended up next to Todoroki and listened as people chatted as the talk turned to quirks I found myself sinking lower and lower into my seat, feeling extremely out of place.

"Everyone quit talking and file off the bus we're here." I was grateful and hopped off the bus as quick as I could. We headed inside and there was another pro hero waiting for us.

"Hello everyone and welcome to the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, or as I like to call it, the USJ." Midoryia and Uraraka started fanning out the moment they saw the pro hero.

"Its the Space Hero 13! He's a gentleman hero who does his best work in rescue scenarios!" (Before anyone comes for my ass about 13's gender I own a copy of the manga and yes he is a male. He just has a female voice actor.)

"Oooh I love 13!" Uraraka squealed, bouncing up and down on the balls of her feet. There was a brief exchange between 13 and Mr Aizawa I couldn't hear before 13 continued to address us.

"Now before we start I have a point, or two, or three... A lot of points. As you know my quirk is called black hole."

"Yeah, you've used it to save countless people from disaster situations!" Midoryia blurted out and Uraraka was nodding so fast I thought her head was going to fall off.

"True. But my quirk could also easily kill and I'm sure many of you also have quirks like that." I bit the inside of my cheek to hold back a groan and subtly rolled my eyes. UA's course really wasn't prepared for someone like me was it? I found myself zoning out and mostly catching the what the different disasters that had been set up were. I clapped along with everyone else but really found myself perking up when Mr Aizawa spoke.

"(L/n). While you're here I want you to mostly be in the zones that play to your strengths like running and lifting. However do try something that could challenge you." I nodded,

"Yes sir!"

"Great now first off-" He stopped as something moved in the middle of the plaza. A purple portal opened up and someone started to come through. "Everyone huddle up and don't move!"

"Are hose faux villains? I thought this was rescue training." Kirishima said and Mr Aizawa through out his arm.

"Don't come any closer! Those are real villains."

My mother told me this after the UA entrance exam-
"Sweetheart your father and I support this dream of yours. However we are still going to be worried since heroes go up against villains all the time that could get them seriously injured, so we're always going to worry for you."
If they had known exactly what I was going to encounter today I would have been forced to stay home. But no one could have. And now a group of high schoolers and two pro heroes were facing off against a group of eighty or so villains.
