Harry

The drive to Louis's house was a like a distant memory because of the buzzing in my head. No, I did not drink and yes, I was completely conscious but, that did not mean that I was in my senses. I performed every task such as, walking and replying whenever I was spoken to, like my normal self but on the inside, I was in a different place. The earlier events of the night tuning out any present ongoing. My mind kept going back to that one particular time. That time when everything was unreal, when it all seemed like a dream but, I could feel it happening. It was tangible which proved that it was actually happening.

As Liam unlocked the door, because Louis was too drunk to be able to keep steady hands, my eyes were fixed on the boy's back. The smile that I was battling so hard to keep hidden, kept threatening to escape at all times. Niall was standing behind me, which I was thankful for since, he could not see my face. The lock clicked open and Liam pushed the door. Louis cheered as he entered his own house.

"Wot a place!" he exclaimed, grinning and throwing his hands in an upward motion. He danced, moving forward and swirling around. His grin was wide enough to show all of his teeth, not that I was noticing them because, I was too busy catching glimpses of his eyes as he danced. The spark in them was like I had never seen before. The drinks were serving his mood well.

"It's your own house, Tommo." Liam laughed.

"Ohhhhhh! That's why it's special." he chuckled. Liam rolled his eyes fondly and followed Louis in. Niall shoved me in, closing the door behind him.

"Why'd you push me?" I said.

"Do I need a reason?" he raised his eyebrow and laughed. "Come on now, Harry." he said, dragging me further in.

"Lads! Laddy lads!" Louis clapped his hands. "I welcome you all to my house for the first sleepover this year. As you all know, I am a very generous host and I assure you that all your needs will be met. Now, do we have any plans?"

"You're........ Weird." Niall said. "How about we play FIFA?" he asked with a glint in his eyes. His smile seemed never ending.

"I'm weird because I'm laughing a lot? Well then mate, you should be worried about yourself." Louis joked.

"Watch your back, Tomlinson. I might attack ya." Niall said, running after Louis, who seemed ready as he instantly took off. They ran up the stairs and disappeared, both their laughs echoing through the distant hallway.

"The boy's crazy." Liam said, sighing happily.

"Yeah, I guess." I replied, finally sitting down.

"Where'd he take you?" he asked.

"Nowhere." I shrugged casually. To my ease, he did not push the matter further. Liam had always been good at assessing when to stop. Once again the night started flashing in my mind. The light sound of laughter and the endless chatter. Everything that happened while the two of us were away from any other person. When the two of us had our own time and when we goofed around carelessly because nobody was watching. When we only had eyes for each other without any interruption. I was not as open as Louis was as I spent most of the time pulling at the sleeves of my shirt.

"You can't catch me." came Louis's voice as both of them burst from the hallway and ran downstairs. Louis came and settled beside me, panting.

"That was fun!" he exclaimed.

"THAT WAS UNFAIR!" Niall screeched, laughing.

"What did you do?" Liam asked Louis.

"Nothing! I just hid behind a door and stuck my leg out and tripped him over. It was hardly anything!" he replied, trying to look innocent and fluttering his eyelashes at Liam. Liam rolled his eyes.
