Now that they had the TNT, there was no going back. Wilbur and Techno spent a long time planning out how they would place the TNT under Manberg. They had to rig it up in a pattern so that it would cover all of Manberg, but the explosions would be close enough to set eachother off.
Wilbur and Techno asked for Tommy and Nessa's help, but the two teens declined. Tommy refused to have anything to do with Plan Bomb, and numbers made Nessa's brain hurt. But after two weeks and a few all-nighters, they had finally figured out how to place the explosives. Plan Bomb was a go. Wilbur contacted Tubbo and asked him to dig a bunch of tunnels under Manberg, and he agreed.
So now, here they were. Wilbur, Tommy, and Nessa. A bunch of traumatized people, standing in secret tunnels under the country they had been exiled from, ready to plant some bombs. Wilbur gave the other two a copy of the blueprint he had made. "Place your half of the TNT like the blueprint says." he said before walking off in the other direction.
Sighing, Tommy and Nessa began to place down the blocks of TNT. "Do you really think he's gonna go through with this?" questioned Tommy. Nessa looked up from the blueprint and nodded. "I wish the answer was no. But I can tell he has his mind set on this."
Tommy made a frustrated Tommy noise and sat down. "I just wish this could have turned out differently! I wish Quackity hadn't eavesdropped and leaked that we were having an election, I wish Schlatt hadn't won, I wish we weren't exiled... and I wish that Wilbur was still himself."
Nessa walked over and put her hand on her brother's shoulder to comfort him. "Me too, Tomathy. Me too."

Once Nessa and Tommy had placed all of their TNT, they met back up with Wilbur at the entrance to the tunnels. Wilbur motioned for them to follow him. "Now that we have all the TNT placed, there's one thing left to do. We have to make a way to detonate it without getting caught in the explosions." he explained. "And I think I might just have the idea."
He led Nessa and Tommy to the tip of the TNT pattern. "I'm thinking we build a hidden room here. Then, we can have a button in the room. When we press the button, it will set off this piece of TNT." He held up the one piece of TNT that they hadn't placed. "Then, that will set off all the others. And boom! No more Manberg!"
Tommy and Nessa exchanged a look, but they nodded. Wilbur dug up in the dirt surrounding them until he reached the surface. When the three climbed out, they saw that they were at the side of a cliff not far from Manberg. Wilbur grinned. "Perfect."
He pulled out his pickaxe, and soon he had mined a small room in the side of the cliff. He walked in, Nessa and Tommy following. Wilbur rigged up a button on the side of the room, and he connected it to the final piece of TNT. He looked around. "It needs something else." he said, half to himself. After thinking for a while, he pulled out a sign and began to write on it. When he finished, he put it up on the wall.
Well I heard there was a special place...
Nessa's breath caught in her throat as she read the lyrics on the sign. Tears filled her eyes. "Where men could go to emancipate..." she sang quietly. Wilbur pulled out another sign and wrote the next lyrics on it. He continued to do this until the walls of the room were covered in the lyrics to the old national anthem.
Wilbur stepped back and admired his work. "I'm going to call this the second control room." Nessa and Tommy both got minor PTSD from the name, but neither of them said anything. Wilbur placed his hand on the wall next to the button. "All of Manberg will pay." he vowed.
