Nessa hopped down from the wall, landing on her feet in front of Dream. She glared at him and his companions as she waited for her friends to join them. Once everyone was there, Dream stepped forward. "Hello Wilbur. I heard about your little 'country', and I decided to come see it for myself.
Wilbur nodded. "Well, this is L'Manburg. Speaking of our country, we have something we'd like you to see." He pulled out the Declaration of Independance and handed it over to Dream.
Dream and his friends huddled to look at the book. Tommy leaned over to Nessa. "Can you hear what they're saying?" he asked. Nessa listened. "I think they're... laughing?"
Dream and his friends were indeed laughing. After a few minutes, they came back. Dream handed the declaration back to Wilbur, along with another book. All five L'Manburgians crowded around Wilbur to see what was inside the new book.
"Declaration of... war." Wilbur read. "Dream Smp declares war on L"Manburg. Joint resolution: Punz, Sapnap, GeorgeNotFound, and Dream."
They looked up at the americans. Dream took a small step forward. "I want to see white flags, outside your base, by tomorrow, or you are dead." With that, he turned and walked away.
"Well." Wilbur said after a moment. "I guess it's time to prepare for war."
