21-The Unexpected Confession

   I slowly opened my eyes when my consciousness came back. The first thing I saw is the white ceiling.

'What happened? Where am I?' I asked myself. Staring at the boring roof. I roamed my eyes realising I'm in the Department Clinic. There's no one here. I brought my eyes back at the ceiling. Remembering what happened before I woken up here. I bit my lip as I remember it.  I closed my eyes.

'Why is it Harper acting that way? He's making me confused. I'm moving forward but why did he need to act like a possessive boyfriend?' I lifted my left hand to check the time.

'2:47 pm'

I'm asleep for that long. I still really need to rest. My weekend is very stressful for me. Bumuntong-hininga ako at sinubukan ko ng bumangon. Magaan na ang ulo ko but I'm starving. I sitted and roamed my eyes again finding my things. I saw it at the chair beside the bed. I moved and dragged it.

I'm trying to find my phone. Then, suddenly the Clinic's door opened. Iniluwa noon ang isang babaeng nakasuot ng Nurse Uniform.

'Nurse Joy!'

"Hey!" Naglakad siya papunta sa akin. Checking my temperature.

'Am I sick earlier?'

"You're finally awake, how's your feeling?" I smiled a bit.

"I'm feeling okay now."

"That's good. Your boyfriends almost wrecked the clinic earlier!" She have a teasing grin on her lips.

"I don't have a boyfriend!" My stern voice made her laugh. A beautiful laughed from a beautiful lady. I'm staring at her while she's laughing. She wore an elegant aura. How come an elegant lady is a school nurse?

"Yeah right, I heard that the Milton cousins are single but both interested to a one particular person!" She grin again. I should be irritated by her teased but I found myself amused. I smiled a bit again.

"Are you talking about yourself?" I teased her back. I wore a grin too. She laughed again.

"Ow, how did you know?" She ride my joke. We both laughed. When our laughs faded, she held my hand and smiled.

"You'll be fully okay by tomorrow. You should eat healthy food in the right time. You're pale you need more vitamins in your body. Eat Veges and fruits to maintain your sexy figure." She winked at me playfully. I laughed quietly. I love her humor.

"Okay Coach, thank you!" She laughed again.

"Ow, I almost forgot your boyfriend reminded me when you woke up. I should call him. Should I call Harper Nolasco now?" Her tone is full of teased. I playfully rolled my eyes. She's laughing again.

"No need coach. I'm going home already. He don't need to know."

"Sure? In your situation there's no place for LQ!" I laughed. Shaking my head.

"Sure!"

I'm currently walking through the long hallway. I'm walking slowly. I already texted Lily that I'm going home. She immediately replied telling she'll visit me after school. I smiled as I read her message. I'm sure she already knew what happened but I doubt that she knew the reason behind of it.

I also texted Kuya Jun that I'm going home. He just said, 'okay' He never asked anything. That's what I love about Kuya Jun he never asked. It's like he already knew half of what happened to me, always. Halos 500 meters na lang ang layo ko sa gate.
