Marco Noelle EsguerraI'm exhaustedly leaning at the backseat. My neck is aching. My shoulder is aching too. I've got a body guard and a personal driver now. Dad's order but I can't say no. I know it's for our own safetiness too. And, it feels like I lost interest on driving alone.
A changes really changed me. The unexpected happenings woke me up. The lifeless body of her while lying and panting hard on that bed pierced into my heart. I was dead that time.
The coldness of our house became more and more lonely. Her disappearance brought a different ambiance and atmosphere. The color and light of the house gone. It's only like a structure and building, not the home we used to live. The liveliness faded. The laughs of her disappeared. The voice of her gone. She's now quiet. Quietly sleeping and quietly suffering.
I'm crossing my arm infront of my chest. My body is heavy. I feel like I'll be having a cold later.
I'm so...lost. I felt incomplete. There's a hollow spots on my soul. A dark space. My heart is heavy. My head is also heavy. I can feel a dizziness but I don't want to go home and just sleep. Our house is not our comfort zone anymore. Going home is not a good idea anymore. No one is waiting for me. No one's there, except the employees.
"Niel, Can you stop in a drugs store and purchase me a medicine? My head is heavy."
"Okay, Sir."
"Thank you!"

It's past 7 pm, but this people are really eager to digged into our life. They became wild again as I walked out of the car. I never glanced at them. I only walked straight through the door. I also heard one of the reporter asked.
"Did you really dumped Catherine's Vicente, Miss Natasha's best friend?" My jaw tightened but I never stop. They're getting on my nerves. That issue. They're really digging into our personal life.
'Fuck!'
'Catherine!'
"Go, take your dinner. I can go there alone." They stop tailing me and I know, they'd bowed like they are always do. I walked alone at the long hallway of the last floor of the hospital. A private rooms are in here.
I'm still far, but I saw Tita Espe talking someone on her phone. Then, she put it down. Hard breathe and stared at the white wall in front of her. The two guards bowed at me. She's spacing out.
"Tita!" She immediately looked at me and smiled weakly.
"Hey!" She called me gently. "Did you eat already? Don't worry I already called at the Restau. Let's wait 10 minutes and we're going to eat now!" I'm staring at her seriously. I nodded my head. Can't say anything. I'm starving though, and eating with them is okay. It's better and it's good.
"Is Dad going home tonight?" She nodded her head slowly.
"I'm sure he's on his way now. And, I'm sure he'll go straight here." I nodded again. 'Yeah! We are sure about that.' Hospital and Natasha's room here, is our second home.
We became silent for about a minute. Staring at each other but it's absurd. We're spacing out. Suddenly, she glanced at the two guards beside the door.
"Did you two eat already?" The guards both nodded their heads.
"Good, let's go inside, son!" I nodded again and let her in first.
Everything's changed after Natasha's unexpected situation. It's look like she brought us together. She reunited us. She made us widen our understanding. We became dependent to each other. We maybe don't talked too much but the presence of each other's tells that we're only here if you need anything.
