26-The Tiredness

   I'm already awake but I can't opened my eyes. I don't have a strength to do so. Hinayaan ko lang ang sarili ko na nakapikit lang at pakinggan ang nasa paligid ko. I suddenly heard the door being opened. An argue roared over the room.

"Malalaman at malalaman niya rin iyon, Logan!"

"Shut up, Liliana!! I knew it but Mary's can't bare any bad news right now! She don't need to know!"

"Lily, tama si Logan. May karapatan siyang malaman na nagkakagulo ngayon ang media sa iskandalo sa pamilya niya pero makakadagdag lang yan ng stress sa kanya. Lilipad na kami next next day. Hindi pwedeng maantala ito. She's very weak now!!" A serious voices of them made me stress more.

'A family Scandal? What is it?'

"Pero, ilang beses na akong nilapitan ng Tita niya.  Hinahanap siya. Di ko na alam ang gagawin sa sunod kapag nagkita pa ulit kami. Nagmamakaawa siya sa harap ko. Nakakaawa siya! Ibang-iba siya!"

"We can understand you Lily but just avoid her. Mary shouldn't be involved anymore to their problems. They already abandoned her. So I'm not going to let them see nor touch Mary again! Never!!" Natahimik sila. Gusto ko sanang makisali sa kanila at sabihing naririnig ko sila pero I can't talked, I can't opened my eyes. I can't move.

After a minute of silence, the door opened again.

"Sheez, why is it their guards are tailing me now? If only I don't change my way they will caught me. What they needed to me, anyway??" Harper. He's irritated.

"The Esguerra is really powerful. Maybe they already knew that you are connected to her. They can used anything. They are going to asked you too about Mary's location." A serious voice from Logan, make them quiet again.

I can slowly understand their argument but it's not clear to me. What's the Esguerra's Scandal? And why are they want my appearance suddenly?

"We should be an observant right now and avoid being caught. I suggest ,you Lily and Harper to stop visiting here anymore!"

"What?? No!!"
"Ayoko!!"

Matigas na tanggi ng dalawa. Another hot atmosphere rose.

"Stop being stubborn! This is for Mary's safetiness we are talking about!!"

"I know what you are implying but I'm not going to leave Mary's side. You can't take me way from her!!" Their arguments brought more anxiety to me. It's sharp and intense.

"Di rin ako papayag. Gusto kong nandito lang din ako sa tabi niya habang di pa kayo umaalis." Si Lily. Nagpupumilit din at nagmamatigas.

"Fuck!! Can't you understand?? If the Esguerra's guards caught you coming here. They will get Mary here. What do you want?? Being with her side and put her in danger or stop coming here and save her instead?? Think about it. I'm not taking Mary far away from the both of you I'm just saving her and protecting her from the Esguerra's. Can't you see and get my point??" Logan's uncontrolled emotions rose. His voice rose. He's not the composed Logan I knew anymore.

I can heard the stress on their voice. They're suffering hard too. This is my fault. They became silent again. Logans hard breathes took over.

"Can you both at least talk slowly? We might woke up Mary. I wanted to see her woken up now. She's been sleeping for 3 days but not now that you're arguing that. What if she might heard you guys?" Catherine's concerned  comments silence them again.

I can't opened my eyes but I tried so hard. The first thing I saw is a blurred ceiling. I'm really tired of my situation. I just want to rest. This is nonsense. I weakly move my lips. I tried to talk but I am like a mute. Nothing's came out. I swallowed hard. My throat ached. I tried again.
