Hey my darlings, so I've wanted to do this for a long time, because I really love spreading positiviity. I feel that everyone deserves to be confident, feel happy, and feel beautiful in their own skin. Everyone deserves to feel like they are enough, and not be manipulated into believing other wise. So here is a list of different tips to help you stay happy, and feel healthy and refreshed. Physical health is important, but so is mental health and I think sometimes people forget that. So without further ado, here is: Hannah's Healthy, Happy Tips!
Tip #1: Coconut Oil
I can not even begin to explain how amazing coconut oil is. It's just one of those things that you need in your life. Not only is it awesome for your hair to help stimulate hair growth and keep it healthy, but it's also awesome for other things. You can use on your skin to make your skin soft and feeling all radiant and like a baby's bum. It's also awesome for stress relief. Just go out and buy some coconut oil, use it in a face mask or a hair mask and be BLOWN AWAY.Tip #2: Betty Who
If you don't know who Betty Who is, then you need to stop whatever you're doing right now and look up her music. She is purely amazing, and her music makes you feel like you're in one of those classic 80's movies that we all love. Her music makes you wanna dance around and get lost in yourself and your surroundings. It's awesome, and if you're ever having a bad day just go to her Spotify profile, put in some headphones and just jam out.Tip #3: Put Down Your Phone, Read A Book!
Yes, I understand that this is Wattpad and there are tons of books on here, but put down your phone every once in awhile! Pick up a classic book, you know that ones that have paper pages? Get lost in the story, the words, create vivid pictures from what is being described. It's actually really fun, especially when you find a really great book that you can't put down!Tip #4: No Stress Over Boys/Girls
Don't waste your time on someone who won't even give you five minutes out of their day. If you're not a priority to someone then you don't need them. Don't worry about that fuckboy, or fuckgirl. Someone who is actually worth all of your time, and will make you smile and cry tears of joy will come along. Just be patient, and don't stress over the immature boys, or girls in your life right now.Tip #5: Don't Be a Dick, Dude!
This one is self-explanatory. Just because someone is different than you does not give you the right to judge them. You don't like their hair? Okay. You don't like their clothes? Okay. You don't like how they hold a pencil? Okay. But don't be a rude ass just because they're different. That makes you kinda sucky, and no one likes to be sucky. No one likes to feel shitty either, and when you're a dick to someone you're making that person feel shitty. So don't be a dick!Tip #6: Happy Thoughts = Happy Life
Yeah, we all go through rough patches in life, but if you slow down and try to see the light in things I promise you will be a lot happier. You have a life, and you have so many things you can do with it. You are capable of whatever you put your mind to! If you think positively, then you'll live a positive life. Remember that!Tip #7: Veggie Burgers & Turkey Burgers.
Everyone loves a classic hamburger, but sometimes it's good to lay off the red meat a little. Substitute your beef patty for a veggie burger or a turkey burger. If made properly, they can be made into one of the best burgers you'll have!Tip #8: Ben & Jerry's
Sometimes it's good to splurge a little. Ben & Jerry's ice cream is perfect for when you're upset, or jus need your ice cream needs satisfied (or frozen yogurt needs.) Yeah it's not the healthiest thing, especially if you're like me and love the ones that are loaded down with cheesecake bites, or pieces of brownie. But sometimes it's perfectly okay to indulge in a tasty frozen treat such as B&J's. Bad break up? Ben & Jerry's has your back!Tip #9: Classic Movies
Keep it classic, and pop in an old movie! There are a plethora of different classic movies on Netflix, internet movie websites, and even at your local store or movie store. Sometimes it's great to kick back and soak in all of the creativity from the early stages of film. Breakfast At Tiffany's is sure to make your heart swoon!Tip #10: Water!
Water is awesome. Your body contains it, you need it to survive and it's in nearly everything. Substitute your sugary soda with water, it may taste bland but sometimes it's good to appreciate the simple things. Your body will thank you, too.♕
