The runaway brides and grooms
A tradition that most princes and princesses loved was a nightmare for eight heirs. The eight heirs were in neighbouring kingdoms and grew up being taught in the same school. The eight had been close friends for years but unfortunately grew apart when their parents started to prepare marrying them off. Over the past few years they started to develop crushes on eachother. Whilst their parents were deciding who they were to marry San and Wooyoung confessed to eachother and their parents were nice enough to allow them to be together and to marry. Their wedding were all set on the same day. But the others didn't want to marry. Yeosangs fiancé controlled what he wore and wouldn't let him out the palace.
Mingis fiancé stopped him from meeting up with Jongho because he knew Jongho liked Mingi but Mingi was oblivious and upset he couldn't see his best friend. Seonghwas fiancée kept trying to get sexual with him despite Seonghwa showing no interest in her. Yunhos fiancée was a perfectionist and a gold digger in Yunhos opinion who he took a immediate dislike to. Jongho ignored his fiancée since he was still in love with Mingi however him and his fiancée became best friends and preferred their friendship rather then a relationship. Hongjoongs fiancé abused him and hurt him if he did anything wrong as well as constantly telling him to go on a diet and downgrading him. When San and Wooyoung realised how difficult their friends had it they came up with a plan.
First the couple bought a mansion and told the others that they would come up with a plan for them all to escape their weddings and hide away in the mansion. They had three weeks until the 10 weddings, 7 of which were theirs. Yeosang, Hongjoong, Mingi and Wooyoung had to get fitted for a wedding dress. Yeosang didn't mind since he enjoyed challenging gender norms when it came to fashion but the other two were weary. Wooyoung had already agreed since in their kingdom it was illegal for a couple to get married both wearing dresses or both wearing suits. It was an old traditional rule that never got abolished. The stylist in the bridal boutique were shocked by Hongjoongs bruises but didn't say anything incase they got in trouble. They all ended up going for fairly traditional styled dresses.
San, Jongho, Seonghwa and Yunho had been measured so they could have special tailored suits. Everything seemed to be going to plan and the mansion was renovated and refurbished ready for the eight royals. Soon it was time for the weddings so they all got changed and ready.
First was Yunho who got into his car and headed to the venue.
On the way there a car stopped in front of them and men got out with guns. Yunho quickly got out the car and ran into their car. The males with the guns quickly got inside and drove of with Yunho. The males were some of Sans friends who agreed to help. They drove him to the mansion and gave him the spare key before driving off. It was fair to say his fiancée and parents were shocked he didn't turn up to the wedding.
Next up was Mingi. Mingi dressed in a beautiful lace gown and got into his vehicle ready to escape.
Once he got to the venue he stepped out the vehicle and headed to the entrance with his mother. Mingis best friend stood as the last flower boy closest to the back. He gave Mingi a smile and as soon as the music started playing they started walking in. Once they were a third of the way down the isle, the flower boy turned around running out to the car with Mingi following. He opened the door and Mingi literally jumped inside and he shut the door with the driver racing off like planned. Guards tried to run after but the flower boy stopped them and told everyone in the hall that Mingi didn't want to marry his fiancé which angered his parents and his fiancé.
