Firework night
Yunho smiled as it started getting dark outside. His hyung, who had been acting weird all day, headed to his room. "Hyung are you not going to watch the firework display?" Asked Yunho. "No I'm tired" said Hongjoong heading to his room shutting the door behind him. Everyone headed to Mingis room since he had the biggest window and windowsill. Once the firework display started no one left.
However Yunho needed the toilet so he headed to the bathroom. On his way back he heard sniffles coming from Hongjoong's room. Yunho snuck into Hongjoong's room and found the elder curled up in a ball covering his ears. Yunho walked over and tapped Hongjoong's shoulder. The elder jumper and turned to look at Yunho with visible tear stained cheeks.
"Hey hyung what's wrong?" Asked Yunho. "S-so loud" said Hongjoong whimpering. "Awe hyung it's ok. Come with me" said Yunho. Hongjoong got up but then another firework went off and Hongjoong fell to the floor curling up whimpering. "Hey it's ok hyung I've got you" said Yunho picking his hyung up and carrying him to his room.
Yunho placed Hongjoong on his bed and hurried to find his headphones that blocked sound. Yunho placed them on Hongjoong and Hongjoong stopped crying looking up at Yunho with wide eyes. Yunho smiled and got a tissue drying Hongjoong's tears. Yunho pointed at the window and Hongjoong crawled over looking out the window with a happy and amazed face.
Yunho sat down comfortably and pulled Hongjoong onto his lap. The two cuddled and watched the firework displays. Hongjoong smiled as he rested his head on Yunhos chest enjoying the youngers warmth. The pretty fireworks lit up the night sky. "Thank you" whispered Hongjoong saying it quietly incase he ended up shouting without realising.
"It's ok" said Yunho with a thumbs up so that Hongjoong knew what he was saying. Once the firework display had finished it was half one in the morning. Yunho looked down at Hongjoong who had fallen asleep. Yunho carefully took the headphones off and lay him down in bed covering him with a blanket.
Yunho smiled carefully lying down and holding his hyung close and kissing his forehead before matching their breathing and falling asleep. In the morning Hongjoong woke up first and smiled as he saw Yunho next to him. Hongjoong giggled as he squished Yunhos cheeks. Yunho smiled as he opened his eyes. "Morning Yunnie" said Hongjoong. "Morning hyungie" said Yunho.
The two looked into eachothers eyes glancing at eachothers lips. Finally Yunho got the courage and leaned in kissing Hongjoong softly. Hongjoong held Yunhos face with his little hands kissing back. When they separated Hongjoong got shy and buried his face in Yunhos chest. "Come on hyung let's get breakfast" said Yunho smiling as he tied the blanket around Hongjoong like a cape and held his little hand in his big one leading him to the kitchen for breakfast.
