The revealing of status and the first heat
Everyone was excited since today was the day before those born in 2002 would find out their status. Since they were all nineteen they had all started making predictions on who would be what. They reckoned Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Mingi were all going to be Alphas. Yeosang and San were suspected to be Betas. Jongho and Wooyoung were suspected to be Omegas. The night before they all had a mini party to celebrate before heading home. What they didn't know was only two of their predictions were going to be correct. Another thing that also happened on the first week of revealing was the letters of their soulmates name would appear on their chest. The next morning they all woke up and headed to check the mirror to see their eye colour.
Hongjoong and Yunho shared a room since they were cousins and wanted to have eachother there when they found out. What they didn't expect was for them both to be omegas. "You too" said Yunho as he checked his eye colour repeatedly checking he wasn't seeing things. "What are we going to do?" asked Hongjoong. "We can't hide it. Our first heat could happen within the first two weeks and there's no hiding that" said Yunho accepting the fact he was in fact an omega. "Do you think the others will judge?" asked Yunho. "No I think they'll be accepting, after all it's not like we chose to be omegas." said Hongjoong. The two headed down to breakfast where their parents were sat waiting in anticipation.
"We're Omegas" said Yunho the two looking down at the floor embarrassed. Their parents comforted them and assured them it was ok. Next to wake up was Wooyoung who checked the mirror not surprised to find out he was an omega. He told his parents and they headed out to buy painkillers for his first heat if he didn't find his mate in time. Yeosang woke up next and was happy to find out he was an Alpha. He told his parents who also congratulated him. Jongho and Mingi who lived next to eachother checked their eyes before going to their windows and shouting to each other, "I'm an alpha". The two smiled and eachother and headed to tell their parents of the news. Next up was San who was also happy to find out he was an alpha.
However when Seonghwa woke up he checked the mirror expecting to see alpha eyes but when he saw omega eyes he curled up on the floor and burst into tears. His parents came in and comforted him after figuring out the problem. Seonghwa asked them to get contact lenses from a nearby shop. They tried to persuade Seonghwa that it would be near impossible to hide his status when his heat came but Seonghwa was adamant. Once he'd got the contact lenses in he saw a text come through on the group chat asking to meet up and see eachother. When it's the week of revealing all those who reveal are sent on a mini holiday to be looked after during their first two weeks and to find their mate. Seonghwa packed his bags and headed to where the boys had decided to meet before going.
Everyone smiled as they saw eachother. "Wow 5 Alphas and 3 Omegas" said Mingi making Seonghwa smile that no one had caught him out. "Awe Hongjoong is an omega that's so cute" said Wooyoung. Hongjoong pouted and hid behind Yunho, making everyone giggle. Everyone grabbed their bags and headed to the 4 storey cabin that was on the outskirts of their town. This was probably one of the smallest revealings since not many were born in this year. There must have been about 30 of them there instead of the usual 80+. When they got there they were asked their status, Seonghwa nervously lied and the others told the truth. They were put into separate zones of the building. Zone 1 was for Omegas, zone 2 was for omegas in heat, zone 3 was for betas and zone 4 was for Alphas, zone 5 for mates.
