Previously:
A month into planning Mingi too was locked up because he had started losing control of his ice powers and almost seriously hurt his guard. The group decided they had to get Yeosang out and then save Mingi from himself.

Yunho sat at the edge talking out loud. "I'll get you back Minky I promise. One day you'll be my princess and you won't have to fear yourself anymore... One day" said Yunho sighing.
Now it was time for the next mission... Get Mingi back.

The ice danger
Mingi let out another tear as he saw the tailors body lay lifeless on the floor. She shouldn't of come close. Mingi told her to back off but she insisted she needed measurements. She came too close and Mingi panicked waving his arms telling her to stop but the waving of his arms caused ice shards to fly at her impaling her in the chest. He never meant for this to happen. He just wanted her to back off. If only she'd listened.
A guard walked in the room finding Mingi in the corner clutching his hands and a tailor on the floor Infront of Mingi with blood pouring out. "Sssh it's ok I'm not gonna hurt you I-i just want to help her" said the guard. "I-i didn't mean to h-hurt her she came to close and I-i couldn't s-stop it" sobbed Mingi. The guard had been Mingis guard for ten years and he knew Mingi couldn't control them. The guard crawled over to the tailor and pulled her body away from Mingi so he wouldn't get too agitated.
The guard checked the tailors pulse but there was none. Her skin was as cold as ice. "Mingi look at me" said the guard. Mingi looked at him. "You need to run. Now that you've killed someone they'll think you're a monster and they'll lock you up worse then they have now. You need to go... Run... Escape anywhere... Go into the mountains" said the guard. Mingi nodded and slowly got up but as he touched the wall the stone wall turned to ice. Mingi panicked and held his hands again hurrying to his room.
He hurried to pack clothes, necessaries and food before getting changed and running out his room. He ran out the castle his crown falling on the way but Mingi couldn't care less. As mingi got out the castle he heard footsteps approaching. Mingi span around to find Jongho, San, Yeosang, Wooyoung, Seonghwa, Hongjoong... and Yunho. "S-stay back" panicked Mingi not wanting to hurt any of them. "Mingi please" said Yunho walking forward but Mingi backed away.
"I said stay away im dangerous, i don't want to hurt you please" begged Mingi scared he'd accidentally hurt one of them. "You won't Mingi we can help you to contain but please you need to let us help you" said Jongho. "I-i can't" stuttered Mingi as he backed further away. "Mingi carefull" shouted Yunho as he noticed the lake behind Mingi that he was slowly backing onto without realising. Mingi shrieked as he was about to fall but as his feet made contact with the water it turned to ice stopping him from falling. Mingi took another step with the water turning to ice yet again.
"Mingi don't" said Yunho. "I'm a monster you s-shouldn't be near me. I could hurt you. I've already killed someone i don't want to hurt you. Im safer alone so please let me go" said Mingi as he ran across the water his dress flowing behind him as more water turned to ice. Yunho stepped on the ice but as he did so the ice turned back to water and Seonghwa only just pulled the younger back in time. Yunho sighed as he saw Mingi had already reached the otherside. "Gear up we're going to go find him" said Wooyoung as he pointed to a nearby stable with four horses in.
The others nodded and they all got their fluffiest and warmest clothes on as they watched Mingis city turn to freezing tempatures despite it being summer. Once they were all ready they climbed on the horses Wooyoung with San, Seonghwa with Hongjoong, Yeosang with Jongho and Yunho by himself with the food and water for the journey. They setted off for the mountains that Mingi had headed towards. Mingi sighed as he climbed another snowy mountain his skin becoming more pale by the second.
