Hongjoong whimpered as his collar was pulled. Hongjoong was just a toy in there and so was his brother. They were brought and then played with before being returned and torchered. Hongjoongs owner dragged him onto stage and pushed him onto his knees. "Anyone want this slut he's small and easy to toy with" said the auctioner. A few hands went up making Hongjoong want to be sick. Unfortunately he always got brought because he had a petit body and pale skin making him the perfect toy. Soon the hammer went down saying he was sold. Hongjoong was dragged backstage and shoved towards his brother Mingi. Hongjoong fell into his arms and cried as he traced over Mingis cuts and scars. "It's ok Joongie we'll get out of here eventually" said Mingi even though they both knew the chances were low.
Soon it was Mingis turn however he wasn't bought which wasn't unusual. Mingi was taller and stronger them most of the others giving him a slightly dominant vibe which is not what the buyers usually wanted. Hongjoong went over to Mingis best friend Yunho and cuddled up to him. Soon Mingi was dragged back to them with a few more cuts then when he left. Hongjoong and Yunho cuddled up to either side of him and prayed. Every month the toy that was sold least was killed and unfortunately there was a chance that it was Mingi. Hongjoong prayed his brother wouldn't be killed because not only did he love him but Yunho has a crush on him and all Hongjoong wanted was for the two to be happy together.
Soon the bells rang as a signal that it was time for one to be killed. The guards came in and walked over to the three with everyone watching. Mingi knew what was happening and wasn't sure how he felt. Part of him was happy he wouldn't have to live like this any longer, part of him was scared as some were torchered to death and part of him was sad to leave his brother and crush. "Say your goodbyes" said the guard looking slightly sad for them. Mingi hugged Hongjoong tightly and said "you were the best brother ever and I love you so much okay" said Mingi as he let a few tears slip. Hongjoong cried into Mingis shoulder and nodded. Mingi then turned to Yunho and kissed him passionately with Yunho kissing back. When they separated Mingi said "I love you so much...look after eachother okay". The two nodded and hugged him one more time before Mingi got up and approached the guard.
The guard pulled Mingi out onto the stage and the crowd cheered making Mingi let out more tears. The one in charge of the auction smirked and ordered the guard nearest to tie Mingis hands together. The guard obeyed and tied Mingi before dragging him to the centre of the stage. "Get the brother and boyfriend... lets give them a show" said the auctioneer making everyone chuckle. Mingi shook his head desperately not wanting his brother and love to watch. Soon his brother and boyfriend were brought out and they looked at Mingi in desperation and sadness. A guard nearby that the boys knew as Seonghwa hung his head shamefully not wanting to watch.
The auctioneer gripped Mingis throat and the boy gasped for air. The crowd cheered and Hongjoong shouted for him to stop whilst Yunho sobbed. Mingi continued gasping for air until his face was pale and his body was limp and lifeless. The auctioneer threw Mingis body to the floor and the two boys wrestled out of the guards grip and ran to him. "How could you do this" shouted Hongjoong. "Mingi...wake up please" wailed Yunho as he cradled his boyfriends body. "Your evil...I hope you fucking die" shouted Hongjoong earning gasps from the audience. The auctioneer punched Hongjoong and threw him ontop of Mingi. Yunho held Hongjoong back as the elder tried to fight back against the murderer. Hongjoong watched sadly as Yunho closed Mingis eyes and placed a kiss ontop of each eyelid and one on his lips before resting his head ontop of Mingis chest.
Hongjoong held Yunhos hand and placed his head next to Yunhos. "Seonghwa take the body away" ordered the auctioneer. The guard nodded and carried the body off stage in a hurry. Hongjoong and Yunho were dragged backstage getting sympathetic looks from everyone they passed. Soon the auction was over and everyone was being handed over to their owners. Yunho hadn't been brought so he quickly hugged Hongjoong before walking back to his cell. Hongjoong put on a coat and headed to the bought department. He sat on the bench for a few minutes before a male tapped him on the shoulder. Hongjoong looked up to see a very handsome male who must be who brought him. Hongjoong took a deep breath before standing up and bowing to the male. The tall male smiled and held Hongjoong's wrist gently pulling him over to the front desk.
The man gave his owner a leash which he attached to Hongjoong's collar. However his owner didn't pull him by the collar he just continued to hold his wrist gently with the leash in his other hand loosely. The male brought him outside to a car and helped Hongjoong into the backseats. "Hi I'm San" said the male. "Hongjoong" said the boy avoiding eye contact. San took Hongjoong's leash off and eyes the collar before grabbing a knife and carefully sawing it off. "B-but you need that to return me?" Said Hongjoong worriedly. "I'm not letting you go back to that hell hole... I'm going to treat you how you deserve to be treated... like a princess" said the male before shutting the car door and getting into the front. Hongjoong felt his neck which felt weird since the collar wasn't there. Did the man mean it? Was he just lying?
Hongjoong wasn't sure but sat in silence and watched the road as they drove. Soon they pulled up at a house. San helped the elder out of the car and carried him to the house. San placed him on the bed and went to the wardrobe to get out some clothes for the boy. Hongjoong looked at him confused "your not going to use my body for pleasure?". "I'm not going to use you Hongjoong...I'm not like that...here get some sleep" said San as he passed Hongjoong some jogging bottoms, boxers and a baggy jumper. San left the room and Hongjoong got changed quickly before climbing under the covers feeling slightly cold. Usually him and Yunho would cuddle up to Mingi with a blanket to cover the three. During the winter Mingi would wrap the two up in the blanket and hug them to keep them calm even though he always ended up freezing.
Tears fell as he thought about his brother. San heard the elders crying and came to check on him. "Are you ok Hongjoong?" Asked San. Hongjoong shook his head and San climbed onto the bed scaring Hongjoong slightly. "Hug...I heard hugs make people feel better" said San. Hongjoong nodded and the younger sat next to him wrapping his arms around Hongjoong. Hongjoong felt himself leaning in to Sans embrace slowly falling asleep. When Hongjoong woke up he found that he had been tucked into bed and San wasn't here. Hongjoong carefully got out of bed and followed the smell coming from the kitchen. Hongjoong watched as San flipped something in the frying pan.
San placed them on two plates and put them on the table finally noticing the elders presence. "Come eat" said the younger. Hongjoong sat down and looked at the thing on the plate before looking at San in confusion. San smiled and said "it's a pancake". "H-how do I eat it?" Asked Hongjoong confused. San frowned at the fact the elder didn't even know what a pancake was. Hongjoong panicked as he saw the other frown. "It's ok I'll eat it" said Hongjoong as he attempted to fold the pancake. "I'm not angry...I just feel bad that you've never had the privilege of eating something so simple as a pancake" said San. The younger reached out and poured lemon juice over the pancake before sprinkling sugar over the top. He rolled the pancake up and used a knife to cut them into sections.
Hongjoong picked up a piece and ate it. Hongjoong's eyes widened in shock, it was so delicious. Hongjoong quickly chewed and swallowed it before picking up another piece. San smiled and made another pancake for the elder. Hongjoong giggled as San placed another pancake on his plate. San stood behind Hongjoong as he helped roll and cut the pancake making Hongjoong blush. Once Hongjoong had finished the two sat on sofa watching a screen that San called a TV. Suddenly the door opened revealing Seonghwa. "Seonghwa hyung?" Said Hongjoong questioningly. "Hey joongie" said the elder. Hongjoong looked confused so San explained. "Me and Seonghwa hyung are bestfriends and he told me about three boys he wanted to save. You, Mingi and Yunho. He showed me a picture and I sort of developed a crush on you and agreed to save you". Hongjoong blushed and asked "So are you going to buy Yunho aswell?".
Seonghwa nodded and sat down with them. "Thank you hyung" said Hongjoong as he hugged the elder tightly. The three continued to watch TV until another boy walked in. "Baby guess what" shouted the boy making Hongjoong jump. "Sorry that's my boyfriend Yeosang" said Seonghwa as he got up to kiss his boyfriend. "He's ok...he'll be allowed home in a few days" said Yeosang. Seonghwa smiled and hugged him tightly.
