Mingi frowned as he continued to wash down the floors in his ripped dress. Five years ago his life was perfect. Despite it being just him and his father he loved it. His father Hongjoong was the best father ever but became sad when he lost his husband Jongho. Unfortunately his father made the mistake of remarrying to the worst step dad ever. Mingis new step dad was called San. San had two sons already called Wooyoung and Yeosang.
The two were also horrible and Mingi begged his father not to marry San but his father had fallen so blindly in love that he didn't see how much they hurt Mingi. Unfortunately when Hongjoong died Mingi was left alone with them. Mingi tried to be nice but once his father died it became clear that San was only with him for the money and made Mingi into their personal slave. "Slave where are you?" Came a voice from upstairs. Mingis sighed and hurried up the basement stairs into the hall where his two step brothers and step father was.
"Yes step father?" Asked Mingi politely. "Your step brothers and I have been invited to a ball on Saturday evening. Since we don't have time to go dress shopping you must make us one each by Saturday" said San. "S-saturday. But that's only two days away" said Mingi. "Problem" said Yeosang. "How am I supposed to make four dresses in two days" said Mingi. "Four. Ha you don't seriously think I wreck like you would be invited" said Wooyoung making all three laugh. "What colours and styles do you want?" Asked Mingi frowning.
"I want a red a line dress" said Wooyoung. "I want a white maxi dress" said San. "I want a green velvet bodycon dress" said Yeosang. "Ok I'll start them now" said Mingi bowing and running off. Mingi hurried to the basement hearing the three snicker as he hurried to start. Mingi knew their measurements well enough since he made most of their dresses but was worried about the time limit. Mingi rushed to get his sewing equipment out and start measuring the materials needed. Mingi fell asleep after six hours of measuring and cutting and planning.
When Mingi woke up he realised he only had a day and a half left to do them. Mingi gasped and headed straight back to work. Mingi accidentally hurt himself a few times whilst sewing but brushed it off. The next day and the three boys were getting ready for their evening. They all put their heels on and stripped down to their underwear placing their robes on before impatiently shouting for Mingi to hurry up. Mingi smiled as he finished the last dress before picking up the three dresses and running up the stairs in a rush.
"H-here" said Mingi as he placed the dresses down. "Ooh I can't wait for tonight" said Yeosang. "I know right. What are you looking at go do chores" said Wooyoung. Mingi nodded and ran out. The three got their dresses on and had their hair and makeup styled.
