I woke up in an unfamiliar room

I woke up in an unfamiliar room.

I'm really getting tired of being kidnapped. I opened the door, and the house I recognized.

The smell of waffles roamed around the house. I walked downstairs cautiously. The house looked different when there weren't lights flashing.

I walked into the kitchen and no one was there. I looked to the table and saw a plate of waffles.

I didn't touch it, because it was made by the psychopath himself.

I wondered how I was still here. Did they forget me? Was I kidnapped? I had no clue whatsoever.

I opened different drawers trying to find the knives. I grabbed one and went into a different room.

This room was dark, and the only light showing was from the projector. Someone was sitting in the third seat, fourth row.

I slowly walked down. "Who are you?" I asked.

The person didn't answer that question but stood up and walked out of the theatre. I followed the person out.

"Who are you?" I questioned again.

"I'm Leonardo's stepbrother." He answered.

I didn't look shocked. Leonardo did say that his mom left him at the front door, so he did eventually probably get adopted.

I didn't realise that he had disappeared. I walked upstairs and went into the first room I noticed. The room was a bedroom. The theme looked to be black and red. The bed frames were black, along with the sheets. The walls and desk were bloody red.

I heard the door bang which made me jump.

It was a tall boy with dirty blonde fluffy hair. He was dressed in nothing but sweatpants. He looked at me angrily which made me nervous. He stepped closer to me until we were a few inches away.

"What are you doing here?" He asked.

"I...sorry." I stuttered.

I tried to walk out but he moved back so he was now leaning against the door. I looked confusedly.  He didn't seem too happy about me being in here, and now he won't let me leave? I wouldn't be surprised if he was Leonardo's stepbrother too.

"What are you doing in this house?" He questioned.

"I woke up here," I responded.

He looked intrigued. I'm not sure why, and I don't want to find out.

"Are you the one who was at the bar with Leonardo last night?" He asked.

For some reason I can't remember anything from last night, so I shook my head. He sighed and put his hand up to his face.

He put his hands on my shoulders. I was shocked by this act. "Who did you come to the party with? Was it this blonde girl who looked amazing?" He wondered. I tried to remember but nothing was coming. I backed away and shook my head.

"I can't remember," I spoke.

He grabbed my arm, and we went out of his room. "Where are we going?" I asked nervously.

"My step-brother." He answered.

When I heard that I started to try to get out of his grip but he was a very strong person. "Please don't bring me to Leonardo. Please just let me go." I pleaded.

He stopped and I saw something flicker in his eyes, but it was soon masked, as he shook his head. "How do you know Leonardo?" He asked.

I assumed he knew Leonardo's plan so I told him. "Well, Leonardo wants to kill me so that's how I know him," I said.

He started laughing like I was crazy. "What?" I asked. "You think I believe that he's trying to kill you?" He asked.

"He thinks killing me will hurt Lorenzo, his brother," I explained.

"Stop with the lies." He said as he dragged me.

We walked downstairs and he knocked on a door that was probably Leonardo's room or office or something.

"Come in." I heard him say.

He opened the door and pushed me in and closed it behind me.

Lorenzo was sitting on his chair looking right at me, smirking.

"We meet again Anna." He said.

"You kidnapped me, didn't you?" I asked.

He stood up from his chair and walked to the front of his desk. He leaned on it and took out a cig.

"More like I drugged you and you fainted so I brought you to a room upstairs." He answered.

I scoffed. Did he not realise that that was called kidnapping. I didn't comment about that because I don't want to make him angry.

"Where are my friends?" I asked.

"They left." He spoke.

I didn't believe his words. They wouldn't just leave. Not without me. I don't know what Lorenzo would do but I know Mario and Kate would never leave me in a house with someone who wants to kill me.

He could see my face change which made him laugh. "Oh, you thought they wouldn't leave without you." He laughed.

I didn't answer him. We stayed in silence for two minutes when he broke it by dragging a chair across the room.

He pointed to it and I took a seat. He sat back in his chair and studied me for a few minutes.

"I'm going to make you a deal, Anna." He said.

I didn't answer which let him know to continue.

"You come to work with me and we slowly bring down Lorenzo, and I won't kill you." He spoke.

I stood up from the chair which indicated my answer was no. There was no way I was going to "bring down" Lorenzo. Lorenzo may have kidnapped and brought me to this world I always thought was fake, but that doesn't mean he hasn't done nice things.

I wouldn't have met Kate if Lorenzo didn't tell her to become my friend. Lorenzo comforted me when I was sitting outside of my mom's house crying. Lorenzo didn't want me to go to college for my safety. Lorenzo has done so much. I wouldn't have ever gone to a ball if I didn't work in the mafia. I danced with him. I wasn't very good, but he was amazing at it. He got me ice cream. He taught me how to throw knives and use a gun. I could go on and on about how much Lorenzo has done. I wouldn't say I like Lorenzo very much, but he certainly isn't a bad person no matter how much we fight. The truth is Lorenzo is probably one of the kindest people I've ever met. That sounds like a joke, but it's surprisingly not.

Lorenzo Balotelli acts tough and scary, but I think he is like a dark cloud.
