Bakugo would be feeling much better if he wasn't at the 'E. Kirishima Case Meeting.' right now. He didn't have much of a choice though. He didn't want to drop off everybody's letters at their separate residences, so it would have to suffice.
Still, it was annoying to see everybody's faces. The time he spent at the garden with Kirishima was so peaceful, free from all the worries that haunted them before. Now, this meeting was only a reminder of everything he hated about the present.
He was thinking about leaving immediately after ungracefully throwing the letters in everybody's faces, but seeing Hagakure again irked him.
'When will I grow up?' Bakugo thought bitterly. 'I'm already grown up, you invisible-'
"These are amazing!" Midoriya gasped, interrupting Bakugo's thought process. "It's messy and has a lot of flaws, but it's still an actual plan and has a lot of new information!"
"Damn, did Kiri get smarter while he was away or what?" Kaminari said, staring down at his paper.
"The drawings are hard to make out, but at least we're going somewhere." Shinsou said.
"I think we should all share our drawings together," Yaoyorozu suggested. "since they all have different parts of Kirishima's plan and information. We should also make copies and send them to the investigators."
"So like, the typical stuff," said Kaminari, waving his hand. "So anyways, what does your paper have?"
"Mine has infiltration!" Hagakure yelled, shaking her letter. "Obviously!"
"Infiltration..." Midoriya said thoughtfully. He looked over at the invisible female. "Can I see your paper for a moment, Toru?"
"Sure!"
Hagakure happily handed her letter over, and Midoriya scanned it carefully with his eyes. Taking a blank sheet of paper, he drew over it with a pencil and showed it to everyone.
It was a floor plan. Nothing was labeled, but it was obvious enough to make out.
"If Kirishima's words are truly accurate, we might be able to make a map of the building structure from this," Midoriya explained. "Unfortunately, I don't know if we'll be able to label any of the rooms or halls properly."
"What about stuff like mine and Katsuki's?" Ashido asked, holding her letter out. "Mine just says to acid everything up."
"Hey, don't look at my paper without my damn permission, Raccoon Eyes!" Bakugo hissed, shielding his letter. "And isn't it obvious?! We're going fùck the place up when we finally attack it! My paper says to get the big boss or whoever the hell he is."
"Aww!~" Kaminari cooed. "Kiri gave the biggest role to his one true love!"
"HUH? WANNA SAY THAT AGAIN, PIKACHU?"
Sero laughed, placing a hand on Kaminari's shoulder. "Let's not chase him out just yet. We're lucky he even came to this meeting."
"All the letters that say to target a specific group of people could help us," Yaoyorozu said. "It makes a better understanding of hierarchy of the organization, along with the key officers and officials."
"Does 'evil doctor' happen to be one of them?" Uraraka asked. "That's what my paper looks like."
"It's possible," Midoriya said. "Taking into consideration how Kirishima is technically supposed to be... dead," everyone winced. "human experimentation is... an option."
"That's sick," Bakugo cursed. "Super fùcking sick."
Midoriya nodded sadly. "We should research more. If we can, we should also see if Kirishima can confirm our theories."
"It's a good thing he's getting better." Jirou said.
"Yeah."
Everyone agreed.
The meeting continued for a while, and surprisingly, they made a lot of headway. Bakugo eventually left feeling way more informed than he ever was.
They made a theory that the facility being used was underground. Either that, or they had a big distaste for windows. Kirishima had mentioned in Shoji's letter that there was a window six floors above where he stayed, and no other windows below that.
They had six floors, at the very least. How Kirishima managed to make it that far, Bakugo had no idea, but it was useful now. Either they were very secretive to have a building with no windows up until the sixth floor, or the sixth floor was actually the first floor.
They went with the second option. The building would look... strange, to say the least, if it had no windows until the sixth floor, and he sure as hell would've known about it.
Another thing was experimentation. Kirishima said there were many, many people in there, all victims like him. Everyone still wasn't a hundred-percent sure on what the organization's goal could be, but they got a glimpse.
They thought the group was making some sort of superhuman. Kirishima included experiments like withstanding impossible temperatures or staring into extremely blinding light for hours.
And also according to Kirishima, who heard from the doctors, it was for an ambiguous 'him.' Probably the big boss.
Those were only two of the many theories they came up with. In the end, they had an enormous folder on the computer to send to the investigators.
Bakugo felt drained, but satisfied. He knew he was doing something, even if it was taking a much longer time than he had hoped.
He ended up walking the streets to go back to his home. It was turning dark, and Bakugo decided to use that time to refile a bunch of information in his head.
Would Kirishima say anything about their new information? He probably would, actually. He would be really happy, beaming that he was doing something to help.
Bakugo felt warm at the thought, zoning out more and more.
He snapped out once he felt something hit his head. Bakugo turned to his left. Somebody was standing there, cloaked in black. A very familiar emblem stood on it.
Great. Awesome.
Bakugo lowered his stance, palms heating up. He could already tell they were going to fight.
