From the other morning all I know is that i woke up and things would never be the same...like yesterday never happened Asher came in his company and started working from where he had left it...with a new coinfidence he amazed everyone..all his enemies who thought would bring him down because of the hard situation he was going through..were all proven wrong when he made sure to clean each and every single one of them.One more time he proved to everyone who was the king..but this time he didnt stop for anyone.He started becoming colder than usual..never a smile would lay in his face..he would scold at people for everything and everyone found it hard to work with him..harder than it already was before..but even when I went to talk with him..he just ignored my words.He would never join us on parties anymore except when he had a deal to crack there.He became so impatient and even the smallest mistake would make him angry.Even I started being afraid of him in that moment.This continued till in the moment Victoria came in his life.."-till this moment silent tears were streaming down my face like a waterfall:-"she was the only one capable to bring him back to normal"

At this unknown womans name I inhaled a deep breath...had Ash already replaced me already?

"Who is ...this victoria girl?":-I asked interrupting Chris earning a raised eyebrow from his side.

"Victoria is a beautiful young bussineswoman around our age...she is the most stuborn thing you will ever meet..she is such a boyish type...the first time we met her was in a bussines deal and since she saw Asher in that condition she decided to help.Ofc Asher said he didnt need her help and that he was totally fine but she being she appeared the next day at his doorway..and thats how it went...everyday she would come and pass time with us..at first Asher despised her and was so annoyed by her presence..she kinda talks too much and is too bubbly for Asherss liking but she couldnt have it other way..and after some time we adjusted at her type..and showing her loyalty she became a very good friend of ours..we go with her everywhere like in clubs or work or home or gym..everywhere we are together...its like..you know..she is now almost a.."-Chris said then stopped.

"A bestfriend..she is now as his bestfriend:-"I said while gulping down the lump wich was created in my throat and was giving a bittersweet to my mouth.:-"I believe thats what you meant to say."

"Y-yeah..you could call it that":-Chris whispered almost like feeling bad for me.

So he had replaced me..I cant say anything cuz I know i deserved it anyway..I know he deserved better..better than me.I just hope that that Victoria girl knows his worth and treats him like a king..nothing more and nothing less than that.

"Im happy for you":-I said in between tears while giving at him a smile which no matter how much a tried didnt reach my eyes.

"Your words can lie but your eyes cant Laura.":-Chris said now some tears falling from his eyes too":-I dont blame you for what happened it was not your fault"

"It was not my fault for choosing a man who tried to rape me before the man who took care of me my whole life?":-I asked

"You didnt knew how would things turn back then.."

"Well I should have known..cuz it costed me so fookin much..me and everyone around me..I hurt my most loved ones..I caused them sadness and tears..I was selfish Chris SELFISH!

"I DONT BLAME YOU LAURA..you dont know our world well..not even I do know it fully..only Ashe does..he knows everyone and their deepest secrets..we both knew what a cheap and dirty man Keith was."

"Then why didnt you show me?why didnt you show me some proves?why did you let me go?":-I asked but not in a blaming tone..in a curious one mostly.

"We never let you go Laura..thats what you think..but we always were by your side...always watching you:"-Chriss said.

"What do you mean you never stopped?Hasnt Ash already forgoten about me?":-I asked confused.

"Come with me tomorrow!"-Chris proposed totally ignoring my question.

At his proposition my eyes widened...
