"Laura baby you look amazing where have you been lately?":-Ashers mother Mary asked as she aproached me.I was at a ballo for the moment since it was CHris and Claras anniversary and I couldnt miss it.It had been a month that I was back now and during these time I had taked a decision that has the power to change my life...I was gonna make the first move to talk with my brother.I decided to take his number and after his secretary responded I told her to tell him to call me when he can..and since then I have been waiting for that call.Meanwhile for now I have to bare this party thankfully its only a close-family one. "I have been good thanks Mary just a lot of things going on":-I responded while smiling at her before we heard Chris getting up in the platform to make the greeting.

"Ring" "Oh Im sorry":-I said opening it without a second glance but was surprised by the voice which was heard in the next line. "Vanessa?":-the stranger asked making me frown. "Yes thats me Im sorry with who am I talking with?":-I asked with worry but was soon turned into shock as the voice in the other line aanswered again:

"Its me..Brendon"

Silence..even tho the party was going I could hear nothing..wondering where did the braveness I had when I first decided to call him,I handed Mary my champagne and I left leaving everyone looking confused at me. "Laura!Laura!":-I heard Andrea call fom far but I was too shocked to respond so running as fast as my legs could give I run through the fields holding half of my dress in my hands..the heels long taken off.

Running and running I stopped at the edge of a cliff and sitting a bit far from the end I put the phone again in my ear and took the courage to talk: "H-hello" "Hello Vanessa...look I know how much braveness it takes to make this call and Im happy at least one of us got to be a person with moral.I just want to tell you that Im deeply in my heart sorry for everything and if I could turn back I would have left the house at all...I dont deserve to be called your brother and if you never wanna talk to me again I fully understand you." "Im sorry I..." "Vanessa its okay please breathe-" "I need to end this-" "The call?Okay darling I just hope you find the courage to give me another chance to be again your family."

"And if it wouldnt only be for the great Laura Falcone":-Asher said behind me chucking. "Save it":-I whispered. "Do you really think your crocodile tears could get you out of the situation?You forgot I dont fall like a fool for your games like others do." "Please stop it":-I said crying more. "I know you did all that dramatic leaving scene just because you know my parents would send me after you" "I SAID SAVE IT":-I shouted angrily. "Why?What are you gonna do?What are your intentions Laura make them clear":-Asher said again getting closer to me making me get up and push him but in the way my hands touched a gun on his waist and without thinking I took it ponting it on his face. "Then do it!Cmon shot me!":-Asher said getting closer as I was trembling now. "Please stop":-I pleaded in the most broken words I have ever said and gripping the gun again I stepped back and put it next to my head. "One more word":-I whispered crying again:-"One more word from you and I will end it.Because I just cant anymore.I cant turn anymore home and act like everything is fine and nothing happened.Hell I dont even have a home now because the only one I used to have is now in front of my face couraging my death" "Hey wait what do you think you are doing dont be stupid"-Asher said with worry on his face but he still wasnt the Asher only I knew. "Ending it all.Isnt this what you wanted?You are gonna be free from me..just a burden less for everyone here...because nobody wants an used girl...Ash"-I said whispering for the first time in these months his nickname and for the last time in life before gripping the gun tighter and closing my eyes...

"NO LAURA STOP":-Ash shouted and jumped over me taking the gun off my hands while I was kicking him crying:-"No leave me..leave me die please..I wanna die" "You cant...if you do then who am I gonna call home?"

"I cant believe you were about to kill yourself.":-Ash said worry clear on his voice:-"I know its all my fault but please never try anymore to kill yourself for no one .Promise me?":-Ash asked kissing my hands making me smile.

"Miss Laura?":-the doctor said entering his office where I was laying on. "Yes doctor?":-I respoded smiling never taking my eyes off Ash. "From what did your parents die from?":-he asked making me frown and look at him confused. "From an uncurable illness why?":-I asked still confused but was frozen in shock from his next words:
