"...honestly a promise I didnt know if I could keep but something inside me said that I was safe and so was everyone and everything was gonna go well...and for right now covering the boys body with myselfs there was nothing else I could wish for...

"Laura!Laura!!!".-said the voice which has been haunting me for the past days.Its been some good time now that I have found myself walking around in a dark place full of mostes and magical creatures which followed me almost like they wanted to RIP my soul out.Some were bad ones some wee good ones who spoke unspoken truths about me that i never told to anyone...not even Ash himself.

"Yes?"-I responded looking around me trying to see the face which has been appearing the most from all..and there it appeared out of darkness...the face of a middle-aged woman in her late 30's."There you are darling,how have you been feeling today?".-she asked with a warm smile which for some reason seemed to me more comforting than my own mothe's one."Today?".-I asked confused:-"it is another day?Uhh honestly very confused I dont even know why I am here and not home"."This is home too darling"-the middle-aged woman said with a sad smile.-"and actually the real one"."What are you talking about,is not my home back to my family?"

"Thats not what I mean darling".-she said again coming closer and caresing my cheek and i found myself leaning at her hand making her smile.-"Home can be everywhere you feel like yourself and here is one of those places"

"Why?"-I asked again confused at her words."Because this is where the real you is"-she said before fading away in the darkness like everytime leaving so many unanswered questions on the way."NOOOO please dont go away dont leave me alone again.":-I said in tears.

"You are never gona be alone!":-said the voice before everything went black again...

"LAURA!LAURA!She is awake I saw her fingers move":-I heard voices saying around me and opening my eyes I saw Mike and Jacob at both of my sides.

"Guys what happened?".-I asked trying to get up but a big headache striked and my vision blurred making me sit back again."Hey take it easy".-Mike said while placing some pillows Jacob gave him under my head and back:-"you were out for some days and we thought you were in coma but your pulse was okay..it was almost like you were in a sleep..a death sleep"

"Wait how did I come here?Where is the kid that was with me?What hapened with him?:-I started asking as soon as my mind cleared."Hey hey everything is okay.the kid you saved belonged to the biggest terrorysts group boss in here and appearantly he had been taken from his family since at the age of 2 by one of his enemies.In desparation the man had searched everywhere for his one and only son but hadnt found it and forced by his age to choose a heir for his throne he had choosed the most skilled assasin in the entire world and made a deal with some small mafia group to buy him from them for a lot of moneys.But months after the deal was solved this group found you in a protective stance holding the real heir and unbelievebly thankful for you saving and turning back his son to him the boss gave us our best assasin back"

"And who is this person".-I asked confused at him but just won back a lot of laughing thrown in my face by Mike and Jacob.

"WE GOT ASHER BACK DUMBO!!!!".-Mike said his eyes shining with excitement..somethind which has been missing in him for the past year.

"Wait what?Where is he???":-I asked full in tears by now but at my question Mikes face fell.

"Actually Laura there is this thing":-Mike said sittin on the side of my bed,his face all serious making me frown in worry:-"when we got Asher back the terorysts told us they erased his memory so they could create a new person out of him.And immediately we started working on this and for our luckiness he started remembering everyone...well except...you"

"What?"-I said getting up immediately:-"What do you mean with he doesnt remember only me?WHAT DO YOU MEAN MIKE?"

"I mean he remembers everything he has experienced with us but whenever we try to tell him about you he doesnt even have the slightest idea who you are.We even brought him here at you but nothing"

"I wanna see him.Right now."-:I said getting up while jacob immediately came by my side helping me."Ok because right now we are actually flying back home.We were just waiting for you to wake up because everyone has been so excited over the news of Asher coming back."

"Wait for how much have I been out";-I asked while we made our way out of the small local hospital and as soon as we did I was welcomed by the happy faces of hundreds of locals here..the same locals who months ago were so tired of life in itself now stood in front of the view that the beautiful new village gave,and to know that I did this made me so proud of myself.

"Hope you a safe trip and may God bless you and all the people you love!"-a local woman said while aproaching me together with her small daughter who gave me a bouqet of natural flowers.

"Thank you so much"-I said overwhelmed by all the love and making my way towards the rof where the private jet was waiting I stopped in my tracks and demanded to see one more time the eldest of the village.For some reason something inside me told me too.

"Hello again foreign":-the old man greeted me as usual and smiling i greeted back."Im glad you stopped by my house before leaving because I wanted to tell you something.":-he said again."You have all my attention":-I responded while taking a seat near his bed and holding his wrinkled soft hands in mine."I know this will not make sense to you right now but believe me you will need it in the future..dont let the past decide neither affect who you shall be in the future..always live for the day that is coming not the one that has gonne..if you make the mistake of recalling yesterday then at least burry it in today and start new from tomorrow.But please dont push the people present in your life just because the people that were present in the past...give them the chance to love you and you wont regret it...all in all..dont let past overcome you..dont let it become present..let it die no matter how hard it is..it is past and it shall forever remain one.":-he ended making me stare at him like a dumb.

"Dont look at me like that.If you think that the storm has ended for you then forget it..it has just started..right now you just won the battle to find Asher...now you will enter the battle to find yourself..you may have won a battle but not the entire war...
