It is almost midnight, and I am nowhere near done with telling my story. Gabe and Henry become a crucial part of the storytelling process, because they experienced everything firsthand. This is the part of the story where I risk everything in order to try and save everyone that I care about.

The doctors have told me that in the morning I will be able to get out of quarantine.

I cannot wait to hug my friends. I cannot wait to sleep in my own bed again.

Alex has five more days until she needs to make her decision. The coronation is in five days. Never in my wildest dreams did I think we would make it to the homestretch of our time in Astalilia. Alex seems more concerned with hearing this story and making sense of it, then figuring out whether or not she is going to become Queen.

A slight issue has presented itself to me. However, I was not going to let it ruin my chances of getting out of this box.

Using my new abilities has somewhat of a side effect beginning to happen.

Anytime that I use my abilities, it has been making small pieces of my hair begin to turn blue. I first noticed it after Jackal had died. I came out of the water, and I let all the stringy pieces stay in front of my face. I was afraid to move my hands. A small piece underneath my hair had turned blue.

I had not told the doctor about the blue hair yet, because that would mean running more tests and simulations, and staying in this oddly comfortable box for a longer amount of time. I did not have the time to stay here any longer.

I have noticed that every time I use my ability, more of my hair turns blue. I am no mystical doctor of abilities in Astalilia, but I understand the concept of cause and effect. I suspect that if I continue to use my ability, then eventually all my hair will be blue. I do not know how I feel about that. It could be cool. However, this cause and effect might be more complex than I realize.
