A/N : Okay, first of all... I know I haven't updated in a really long time and I'm so sorry. I'm really trying to get these chapters written. Second of all... I know that their real UAN tour dates from last summer don't match up with what I'm writing so I wanted you to know that I know, I just needed them to not be on tour at the moment. Lastly, I know Niall just passed his drivers test (yay!) but let's pretend he already had his license... Cool.
"Who was that?" I questioned as Niall's hand found mine again.
"Family friend," he responded.
"Well I loved her shop!"
"I knew you would!" He smiled at me and squeezed my hand. As my heart pounded against my chest, I thought for a moment, would he always have is effect on me?
We walked in silence until we got back onto the main road. We made our way over to what seemed to be his car and he opened the door for me.
"Thanks!" I said as he shut it behind me and walked over to his side of the car.
"Where are we going now, Ni?" I looked at him as his eyes stayed carefully on the road.
"I hope you're hungry!" he said. As if on queue, my stomach rumbled rather loudly.
"When am I not?" I told him.
-------------
"Two for a pound, two for a pound!" a vender yelled as my eyes literally bulged out of my head.
I had absolutely no idea where we were but there were food stations everywhere lining the unused road. I took in a deep breath as we passed a vender selling something Italian.
"How cool is this?" Niall exclaimed, acting like a two-year old.
I laughed at him as he hopped from vender to vender, staring at all the food.
"Niall, get over here!" I yelled at him while laughing.
"How am I supposed to decide what to get?" he said confusedly, obviously going through a real dilemma.
"Niall, you're the one who brought me here! If you thought this was going to happen, then why did we come?"
He laughed and shook his head playfully, "Because, well... Whoa, look at that!" he said, pointing to absolutely nothing just to change the subject.
I rolled my eyes and pushed my shoulder against his.
"I'm hungry," he whined.
"Niall, you've got to be joking. We are surrounded by food, pick something!" I yelled.
"Fine!" he closed his eyes and stuck his arm out.
"Niall, what are you--"
"Shhh!" he said as he spun around.
He eventually stopped, pointing at a stand selling tacos.
He nodded his head and turned back to me.
"I cannot believe that you just did that!" I joked.
"I couldn't decide!" he retorted, walking over to the stand.
--------------
"So how does it feel to be famous?" I asked out of the blue as we were finishing our tacos.
"Weird," he responded.
"How so?"
"I always wonder why people care about me, like I'm just a normal guy and I'm making such a huge impact in people's lives, it's weird, but it's special."
