Quiet time

Mark 1:35
Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where He prayed.

Ano nga ba ang quiet time? Yung isang oras na hindi magsasalita? No! What I mean is quiet time with God. A time of worship, devotion, and fellowship with God.

Bakit kelangan to?

- It takes time to get to know God.

- We need a starting point for the day to know the right direction to take.

Pag may bagong ref o radyo o kung anung gadget ba kayo, ginagamit nyo na agad? Diba binabasa nyo muna yung manual para hindi kayo magkamali? Ganun din ang bible satin. its our manual for life.

- It pleases God

John 4:23 "...the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks."

Ano naman ang benefit ko pag nag quiet time ako?

- Knowing Christ and God's will
- Joy and eternal pleasure
- God gives us the desires of our heart

Psalm 37:4 "Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart."

- God changes us and leads us to righteousness

- We are assured of paths straight
