I was with Harry and Hermione at the bridge outside Hogwarts.
"Harry you told me you'd figured the egg out weeks ago. The task is two days from now."
Hermione said.
Harry was standing in the middle between us.
"Really? I had no idea. I suppose Viktor's already figured it out." Harry sassed.
"I wouldn't know, we didn't actually talk about the tournament. Actually we didn't really talk at all, Viktor's more of a physical being. I just mean he's not particularly... mostly he watches me study. It's a bit annoying actually." She huffed.
"You are trying to figure this egg out, aren't you?" I asked him worriedly.
"What's that supposed to mean?" He asked me back.
"I mean these tasks are supposed to test you, in the most brutal way they're almost cruel. And um, I'm scared for you. You got by the dragon mostly on nerve, I'm not sure it's going to be enough this time." I said then he looked at me like he knew something.
"You helped me in the first task. I know. Because out of nowhere no dragons run out of fire." He smirked as I looked down embarrassed.
"That doesn't count. You took the dragon down anyway. I just took care of the fire."
I saw Cedric coming to Harry's way. Harry turned to looked at the way I was looking. As soon as he saw him, he started walking away. Cedric nodded at me before running after him. I nodded back at him then looked at Hermione.
"I'm scared for him." I told her.
"So am I." She replied.

Later we were in the Library. Harry kept his head down on a book as I stood beside him running my fingers through his hair. Ron was sleeping on his chair and Hermione was pacing down.
"Harry, tell me again." She said as he huffed.
"Come seek us where our voices sound."
"The black lake, that's obvious."
"An hour long you'll have to look." Harry added.
"Again obvious, though I must admit potentially problematic." Hermione said as Harry turned his head to her.
"Potentially problematic? When was the last time you held your breath under the water for an hour Hermione?" He was clearly pissed.
"Look Harry, we can do this. The four of us can figure it out." I assured him. "How about you try Gillyweed. Bit nasty to swallow but will save your life."
Harry and Hermione whipped their head towards me.
"Why the hell were you silent all this time?" Harry scolded.
"I was just thinking... wasn't sure. Just ask Neville." I suggested.
Mad-Eye appeared in the doorway getting our attention.
"Hate to break up this scholar session but Professor McGonagall would like to see you in her office."
We got up as well as Harry but Mad-Eye stopped him.
"Not you Potter, just Weasley, Knight and Granger."
"But sir, the second task is only hours away and-" I started but he cut me off.
"Exactly. Presumably Potter is well prepared by now and could do with a good night's sleep. Go. Now! Longbottom!"
We nodded then went off.
Neville appeared from behind a bookcase.
"Why don't you help Potter put his books back." He said then left.
"You know, if you're interested in plants you'd be better with Gorshok's Guide to Herbology. Do you know there's a wizard in Nepal whose growing gravity resistant trees?" He started.
"Neville. No offense, but I really don't care about plants. Now if there's a Tibetan turnip that will allow me to breathe underwater for an hour then great. Y/N told me to ask you. She said something about Gillyweed. I'm sure you must know about it."
"I don't know about a turnip but you can always use gilliweed."

At the lakeside, the Weasly twins were shouting, busy taking bets.
"Have you seen Y/N?" George asked.
"No. She's hurt, Georgie. You've been very stupid lately brother mine. Of course she wouldn't want to face you. She's upset."
"I know. That's why I want to see her. I'll apologize." George said, quite disappointed at himself.
"Don't worry she must be somewhere with Ron or Hermione. Haven't seen them too so."
"It still doesn't feel right. The second task is about to start and they're not here. Something's definitely up Freddie." George was now worried.
"You have a point but we dont have much time. Come on." Fred pulled him towards where the contestants were.
Harry was already in the lake. People was cheering when they saw Harry jumped into the air like a Dolphin. George was still busy worrying about the person he cared for the most.
