Defense against the Dark Arts class
Snape made his way into the class and closed all the windows. He turned on the projector as he turned to us. I sat behind Harry and Hermione with Ron beside me.
"Turn to page 394."
"Excuse me, sir. Where's Professor Lupin?" I asked trying not to piss him off.
"Suffice it to say your Professor finds himself incapable of teaching at the present time. Turn to page 394." He said as i nodded.
"Werewolves?" Ron asked.
"But sir, we just learned about red caps and hinkypunks." Hermione spoke up."We're not meant to start that for weeks."
"Quiet." Snape shut he up.
"When did she come in?" Ron asked me as I huffed.
"Oh for the love of God Ron have you lost your sight?" I asked him annoyance lacing in my voice.
"Now, which one of you can tell me the difference between an Animagus and a Werewolf?" Snape asked as Hermione raised her hand quickly. But snape ignored her.
"No one? How disappointing."
I then slowly raised my hand up. Snape looked at me and gestured his hand for me to go on.
"An Animagus is a wizard who elects to turn into an animal. A werewolf has no choice. With each full moon, when he transforms, he no longer remembers who he is. He'd kill his best friend if he crossed his path. Furthermore, the werewolf only responds to the call of its own kind."
"Thank you, Miss Knight."
I heard Draco scoffing under his breath.
Prick.

"Go, Harry! Go, Harry!" Hermione and I cheered for Harry as he was chasing the snitch. We saw him disappearing into the clouds up in the sky. The crowd went silent as we saw a body falling from the sky.
"Harry!" I yelled for him but he was free falling like a lifeless body.
"Arresto momentum!" Before he could hit the ground hard, Dumbledore stood up and casted a spell to slow Harry down.
We were in Madam Pomfrey's chamber. Harry laid in his bed. He's still not awake.
"He looks a bit peaky, doesn't he?" Ron said.
"Peaky?" Fred gave him a confused look.
"What do you expect? He fell over 100 feet." I said.
"Yeah, come on Ron, let's walk you off the astronomy tower and see what you look like." George said making me chuckle.
"Probably a right sight better than he normally does." Harry woke up.
"How are you feeling?" Hermione asked.
"Oh, brilliant."
"You gave us a right good scare there, mate." Fred said.
"What happened?" Harry asked.
"Well, you fell off your broom." Ron replied.
"Really? I meant the match. Who won?"
"Umm... no one blames you, Harry." I said.
"The dementors aren't supposed to come inside the grounds. Dumbledore's furious. As soon as he saved you, he sent them off.""There's something else you should know too." Ron said. "When you fell, your broom sort of blew into the Whomping Willow, and well..." He then unwrapped a blanket revealed his broken Nimbus 2000.
Later me and Harry was standing on the bridge beside Lupin.
"I'm sorry to hear about your broomstick. Is there no chance of fixing it?" Lupin asked him.
"No." Harry answered.
"Professor, why do the dementors affect him so? I mean, more than everyone else?" I asked him for Harry.
"Listen you both. Dementors are amongst the foulest creatures to walk this earth. They feed on every good feeling, every happy memory until a person is left with absolutely nothing but his worst experiences. You are not weak, Harry."
He said turning to harry.
"The dementors affect you most because there are true horrors in your past. Horrors your classmates can scarcely imagine. You have nothing to be ashamed of.""Hmm." I agreed with him.
"I'm scared, professor."
"Well, I'd consider you a fool if you weren't."
"I need to know how to fight them. You could teach me.You made that dementor on the train go away."
"There was only one that night."
"But you made it go away."
"I don't pretend to be an expert, Harry. But as the dementors seem to have developed a particular interest in you perhaps I should teach you. But after the holidays. For now, I need to rest. And
Y/N, remember something. Whatever you're hearing, whatever you've been hearing about you possessing any powers because of the your last name, is all true. That's the thing I know about the Knight generation. Most of them needed help when they discovered this power of theirs."Sir, one thing I don't understand is that why the hell am I knowing things about my ancestors from you all. Why don't my parents tell me about this?" I asked him exasperated.
"Maybe it was for the best. However, firstly, moving things with mind. You could have telekinesis as I've heard Professors say. Secondly, maybe your parents didn't want you to know about this till now. Im sorry you had to find out like this. And you can come to my office anytime when you're ready to see what kind of powers you might have."
"Alright fine, will do."
"Good then."
"God, I dont know what else do I have to witness." Harry murmured, but I heard it.
"Time will tell." I joked and he looked at me, taken back by surprise.
"Yeah I heard you."
Lupin was the first person to leave. I asked Harry when he's gonna sneak to Hogsmead. He told me he'd be on his way soon and when he does, I'll know.
