Whilst Hermione fussed over Ron's arm bandaging it, I started to put enchanted protection around the area we were stationed in. Harry set up a tent so that Ron would be able to rest.

In the morning, we tried to destroy the first Horcrux we found. Spells after spells were casted over it but nothing seemed to harm it. Hermione tried spells that should've burned the locket but it extinguished itself. I tried to use my powers by sending blows after blows using my hand but nothing happened.

"Expulso!" Harry fired but it jumped backwards away.

Harry began to loose his temper and kept firing verbal and non spells. The locket still continued not to break. The dark magic protection was too powerful to break ot with some obvious spells. Harry then picked it up and put it around his neck.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"We have to protect it until we find a way to destroy it." He replied.

"It seems strange mate. Dumbledore sends you off to find all these Horcruxes, but doesn't tell you how to destroy them. Doesn't that bother you?" Ron said annoyed.

Harry went back to the tent sighing in defeat. Hermione went behind him to give him some company as Ron and I dissapeared in the forest to collect woods to make a fire.

We came back and sat inside the tent. The radio was making loud cracking sound before talking about latest disappearances. It made Harry jump in annoyance.

"What's he expected to hear? Good news?" Harry announced frustrated.

"He hopes he doesn't hear bad news if you ask me." I said softly.

"How long until he can travel?" He asked.

Hermione looked at Harry who looked rather annoyed and fed up. I shook my head at Harry and indicated it will not be so soon.

"I'm doing everything I can!" Hermione shouted.

"You're not doing enough!" Harry yelled back making me get up on my feet.

"Harry, take it off." I ordered but he just stared at me. "I said take it off now!"

He took it off as I grabbed it and Hermione took it out my hand.

"Better?" Hermione asked.

"Loads." Harry was suddenly relaxed.

"We should take it in turns unless we want someone to explode in aggravation." I suggested adding a little sarcasm to lift up the mood.

As night fell, the whole area was silent except for the buzzing of wildlife. Hermione and I sat outside the tent. We didn't talk, just relaxed in the silence until it was interrupted by some footstep sounds. I glanced at Hermione as she exchanged a look with me.

"I'll go first, you stay here and guard the tent." Hermione said and stood up.

I saw her walking, following the sound, dissapearing in the dark. I couldn't let her be by herself. So I went inside the tent to see Ron sleeping as well as Harry. I quickly got out of the tent and started walking towards the path where Hermione followed before.

I found her standing at the edge of our enchantment. Outside, there was a group of Death-Eaters who were known as Snatchers. Scabior, who was their leader, was there too. He suddenly stopped and walked past Hermione and me but couldn't see us due to our enchantment.

"What's that? What's the smell?" Scabior asked.

He was staring straight at Hermione who was holding her breath. He then suddenly turned to one of his team dropping a body they were carrying, letting Hermione release her breath. He then stalked away scolding one of his team member.

We shared a look of relief began to slowly walk backwards to our tents.

"Well, at least we know now that your enchantment works." I said.

"He could smell it." Hermione answered back."My perfume."

"Don't you think we should move? They've been this close to us. What if they catch us next time?" I asked making her sigh.

"Ron Isn't strong enough to apparate."

We took a seat next to the fire. I thought for a moment as Hermione fell silent too. Perhaps she was thinking as well.

"Let's go on foot." I suggested and Hermione gave me a look of consideration.

We all packed the tent into Hermione's bad in the next morning. We left on foot acter lifting off the enchantment. It was going to be a long walk. Everyone was tired even If we had set up our tents. We walked into a green empty field which had the smell of grass and was beautiful. I asked Hermione to stay with Harry as I walked beside Ron keeping him accompanied for his slow pace due to his injury. I noticed how Ron was glaring daggers at the two of them as they walked in front of us.

"You alright, Ron?" I asked breaking his gaze from the two of them.

"I'm fine. Just enjoying the view of how these two got a little more friendly." Ron spat taking me by surprise.

"There's nothing between them, Ron." I silently defended. "Besides, George and I saw Ginny and Harry get bit too friendly instead at Bill's wedding."

Ron just scoffed at my words and continued his pace. I gave him my water bottle and he snatched it from my hand and drank it before handing me back the bottle. Pretty rude but something was bothering him. His mood, more dreadful then it already was.

After a few hours if walking, we hid ourselves inside an abandoned barn and rested inside ot whilst black smokes roamed in the sky contrasting with the clouds which happened to be Death Eaters trying to find us.

We carried on walking outside the barn. Eventually we came to a stop and set out tents under a bridge. Harry wandered around enchanting the sides of bridge. We looked miserable. But nothing could be done since we were on a mission to find Horcruxes and destroy them.
