Chapter 34

"Are you okay baby?" - Lucas rushes towards Jesy as soon as he makes sure that Perrie's gone. 

"No Lucas.. call the ambulance, I'm bleeding so much.." - she winces. 

Lucas takes off his jumper and wraps it around Jesy's wounded thigh. He knows that he has to stop the bleeding as much as he can before help arrives. He's not going to call the ambulance, it's going to be too suspicious for them to come here. He'll take her to the hospital himself. 

"Please hold on baby, I'll take you.. Stay strong for me, okay?" - he kisses her head. 

"It hurts like a bitch.." - she cries. 

"I know babe, but you're strong, you can do it.." 

Just then, Alex walks up to them. He looks horrible, no one's ever seen him like this. He has tears streaming down his face and he looks completely broken. He is broken. He just found out the whole truth, the truth he was hoping would turn out to be just a lie.. He can't even process it. He couldn't believe his own eyes and ears, he couldn't believe that was Perrie standing there. His girlfriend Perrie.. his innocent sweetheart.. She showed her true colours just minutes ago. 

"Are you okay?" - he asks Jesy in a raspy, hoarse voice. 

"Well, as okay as a person can be after they get shot, I'm great" - she smiles weakly. 

"I'm sorry for not believing you yesterday.. I had no idea.." 

"I know, but please do something.. Save yourself before she does something.. As you could tell, she's lost control.. She almost killed me.." 

"I know what I'm going to do.. Thank you for everything.. Take care.." - Alex says as he starts walking out. 

He was dating a literal monster for a couple of months now and he had no idea.. How could he be so blind? How could he not notice a single thing that showed her psychopathic side? As he starts thinking about it now.. there were.. He just didn't have a clue.. 

She killed his dad.. She knew that Mary was going to die.. She got Mia in the condition she is now, and four other people died because of her.. And she did all of that so heartlessly. He thought that she couldn't even hurt a fly on purpose.. She killed six people on purpose.. And almost killed three more people.. 

She pretended so well this whole time. She pretended to be worried when Mark fainted, she pretended to care about him and Christian, she pretended to be innocent and heartbroken, she pretended to have no clue about anything, she pretended to care about Mia.. When she did not give a single fuck about anyone, but herself. She's probably even laughing at this situation right now. 

Why did she even mention protecting him? What was she protecting him from? What could have possibly hurt him more than this? Nothing.. How could she be so selfish? How could she be so cruel and twisted? She always brings up the things his dad did to both of them, but what she's done is beyond any line of understandable. 

Jesy was right all along.. And he laughed in her face like a fucking clown yesterday. He'd swear in his life that she's not like that. But she really is a psychopath.. She's gone mental, she's dangerous, she shouldn't be allowed near people. 

He feels so stupid right now, he feels so played.. He wanted to spend the rest of his life with her, he wanted to have children with her, he was even planning to propose to her soon.. But now, none of that is going to happen. He's just hoping she's not pregnant already. He'd never have a child with a maniac like her. 

He should have listened to his mother, she knew that she wasn't the right person for him. She warned him thousands of times that Perrie would hurt him, and she did, without even doing anything to him. She turned him against his own mother, he even betrayed Mia in the worst way possible, just because Perrie was jealous.
