Winter's Widow pt 1!

Okay... Where Were We??

Y/N- we can't do anything.. Grant is in here..
*Bucky whispers in your ear*
Bucky- Look again Baby girl..
*You look and see that Grant is not in his bassinet*
Bucky- I woke up early and got him up before he could cry.. Winnie was already awake so I told her she was officially on Grant duty.. she's got him and we are free to-
Y/N- Finish packing..
*You hop up and smirk at Bucky as your walk away.. You finish packing and every time Bucky got close you to your move away and tease him... he was playing along as well*
Bucky- Do you want to bring this?
*He holds up the box of toys.. you smile and shrug*
Y/N- Why not.. just remember-
Bucky- I know Baby girl.. it's just us *He winks*
*You gather all your stuff and head downstairs.. you go over Grants schedule with Winnie and Steve*
Y/N- Okay, he eats every 3-4 hours except at night.. he will usually sleep through the night now but I don't know how he will react since we are gone.. he naps at 9am, 1pm, and he can have a quick 15 minute power nap if he needs it around 5.. make sure you give him tummy-
Steve- Y/N... Breath.. we've got this.. *You didn't realize it but you were saying all of this in one breath.. You smile*
Y/N- I know... I'm just nervous..
*Winnie goes to get Grant, Peter was playing with him while you were talking... Steve wraps you in his arms and rubs your back*
Steve- We will keep him safe.. both of them..
Y/N- Thank you Steve.. *You wipe a tear from your face*
*Winnie brings Grant to you.. you hold him and he snuggles into your arms*
Y/N- I'm gonna miss you buddy.. be good.
*You kiss him and hold him some more.. Bucky holds him*
Bucky- Little Wolf.. you protect everyone while we are gone...okay?
*Grant smiles..you kiss him one more time and start to walk out.. he starts to cry and your heart break a little.. Wanda helps out*
Wanda- He is okay... he's sad but he knows you will be back.. he can tell that this is good and not scary like last time.. he's gonna miss you.
*You give Wanda a silent "thank you"*
Bucky- well I know that made me feel better.. *He looks at you* you ready?
Y/N- Yeah.. let's go..
*You walk out and Grant Whines.. you hear Steve comforting him*

*The drive is beautiful... long, snow covered, mountain roads curving everywhere*
Y/N- So.. what are we gonna do first once we get there??
Bucky- I didn't really have plans to do anything except you.. *He winks*
*You pull in*
Manager- here is your room key.. you'll be in our most secluded cabin up and the hill.. here is a map, just follow this road and you'll get there..
Bucky- Thank you!
*You walk back to the car*
Y/N- What about the dogs?!?
*You pretend to pout*
Bucky- Better watch that tone.. looks like someone brought along Bunny.. *He winks and you laugh* I called yesterday and they said they were able to make the roads passable for cars so the dog sled is now an activity you can do..
*You smile bug and Bucky shakes his head*
Bucky- We'll see... you may be tied up then..
*He winks and climbs in the car.. you get in and Bucky drives you to the cabin*
Y/N- Oh wow.. it amazing!
*You get out and walk towards the house.. snow covers the roof and the porch.. the sky is gray as it starts to snow more.. the trees are covered and  blow in the breeze.. you are taking it all in Bucky is just watching you*
Bucky- Yeah.. it is.. *He smiles* I'm gonna unload the bags.. go make yourself at home..

*You head inside and look around.. there is a huge Window that overlooks the edge of the mountain and a balcony that stretches over it.. a big wood burning fireplace that is double sided.. you walk into the bedroom and see the other side of the fireplace.. stone work all the way to the ceiling.. a huge King size bed and a Giant tv...the bathroom had a big walk in shower with two shower heads.. there was a big jacuzzi tub inside the shower*
Y/N- No need to worry about overflow... nice.. *You smile*
*You walk back outside to see the Hot Tub and fire pit.. it has a beautiful view of the valley, that at this moment is covered in snow.. you see lights starting to come on from the town below.. for some reason it reminded you of Whoville .. you laugh.. Bucky comes up behind you and wraps his arms around your waist.. he whispers in your ear*
Bucky- Do you think they are gonna start singing?
*You laugh.. he knows you so well he knows what you were thinking*
Y/N- We missed Christmas so I don't know.. but I bet you we can ask him *You point to the peak of the mountain*
*Bucky laughs playing along with your thought of the town being Whoville.. whenever you watch the grinch Bucky always says you're Cindy because of how much you love Christmas and how much you love others*
Bucky- Come on.. let's get you warmed up, Cindy Lou Who..
*You laugh and walk back inside with Bucky*
